Manit- the college of ur dreams

In first year students are mixed from every branch.and they learn basic things about every branch which is a good thing that they get to know a brief about every branch .but there are cons too for this system.students didn't learn much about their own branch in the starting of their journey

Manit offers intership opportunities to students from second and third year.goldman sasche one the biggest banking investment from U.S provided a fresher with 45 lpa and a posting in London . Big MNCs like goldman sachs, nuntanix, microsoft, flipkart, meesho, servicenow etc provide manit students with internship. 90,000 per month for interns only to secure these bright students .and there intership get converted into pre placement offers. As a first year students didn't know much about the stats as of now

Campus placement of nit bhopal are much better when compared to tier 2 nits. This year nit bhopal has a highest placement of 64 lpa and an average of 17 lpa . companies like bloomberg london, uber, de shaw, atlassian, directi, intuit, zenleads ,nvidia etc A total of 80 percentage students are being placed this year. My plan after getting the degree is to prepare for civil services.

I pay 222800 yearly in which 125000 is my tution fee and 15000 is my hostel rent and 21000 is hostel maintaince rent and 27000 is my message fee and the remaining are the additional charges like exam fee , registration fee,medical fee,internet fee etc For the students belonging to sc and st category tuition fee is completed off the only have to pay the hostel,mess and the additional charges which is 77800 yearly. For the students belonging from gen and obc and income is less than 1 lakh their they also get tution fee waviour and have to pay 77800 yearly. For the students belonging to gen and obc and income is less than 5 lakh per annum than their 2/3 tution fee is off.

There are three fest held in nit bhopal the first is 'tooryanaad' which is held in September during the 'Hindi pakhwada' consisting of three days .then 'maffick' which is held in September which also consist of three days on the very first day of maffick our very own society of manit roobaroo performs.the second day is dj night and the third day is concert of a popular singer Then the third fest is ' technosearch' in which all society of manit got to showcase what they bring to the table and e-summit held in which famous face like nv sir,ashneer grover etc came. Talking about the library it has all the books which a student need.manit library also have a digital library which student can access in which they can access all the semester related content as well other content to build themselves. Classroom has all the facilities like projector,mic, speaker etc Manit has a dedicated sports complex in which a student can play all the games.manit also conduct competition between hostels and also participate in inter nit competitions. There are many societies in manit which is conducted by students like VISION, E-CELL, IEEE, QCM, OWASP, TOORYANAAD, ROOBAROO etc which foster new skills among students of manit.

In the hostel room for two students there are two beds, almirah , tables .there is a specific space kinda mini kitchen which consist of a basin , a ting slab and three racks. There's a washroom and bathroom inside the room. Mess food is relatively good which I experienced in other places and menu is well managed to provide students with all the needed nutrients. Registration is quite simple while the admission process u have to fill a form they will allot a system generated hostel room to u and have to just pay the fee.

I choose this college over others because there are college where I want to get admission but didn't get due to my score . according to my jee score this is the best college and course I could think of .there are other college like NIT jalandhar,NIT kurukshetra where am getting the same course but there placement and college is not so good so discarded them.and for that matter there are better college like nit Jaipur is too on my list but I have to compromise with the branch so I choose nit bhopal electrical over others. If we talk about the admission process so u should have a valid jee scorecard .then u have to apply for josaa counselling.on the basis of your preference and jee score u are alloted college and course there are 5 rounds in josaa.then after being alloted a college like mine nit bhopal.u have to pay fee as a token to reserve the seat.u have to visit the college on the day mentioned by ur college with the required document which is informed by the college.they will examine all the document and then allot a hostel to u if u want to pay the hostel and mess fee and u are good to go.

The faculty to student ratio is 1 is to 12.the relationship between faculty and students is quite nice .there are what's app grp made for each subject seperately and u can ask them doubt .u can also go to their chamber to ask doubt if by any chance not solved in class. The faculty I like the most is dr.Emon Barua who is my graphics tutor,his teaching method is too awesome. I don't hate nay faculty but the least likeness is towards dr.babita due to her teaching method . There are three exams per semester mini,mid,and end and the difficulty level increase respectively mini are the easiest and end are little difficult.but a student can pass the exam easily if they study a bit

The night life of manit is too good.there are many cafeterias which is common for students.and even there is a cafeteria by Nescafe dedicated to each hostels too which is a cool thing. For gym a student have to pass a test to avoid the students who just came to gym for fun i.e those who are not interested in gym For first year students the in timing of hostels is 7 pm but for other students it is 11 pm. The famous hangout spots inside college campus is the Nescafe outside the architecture department,tealogy etc
