Course Curriculum Overview

5

I would like to rate the course 10 on 10 with respect to all the necessary aspects like validity, effectiveness, overall impact in the future, effeciency and sustainability. It has helped me alot in my learning and development and I have also been able to learn and grow.

Fees and Financial Aid

The oevrall course fee is INR 10,500 yearly. The best part is that Delhi University offers a need-cum-merit scholarship of INR 12,000 per year to the students who score 60% or more in business communication or compolsary language. There are no extra charges applied expect for the tutuion fees, which is optional.

Campus Life

5

Talking about the infrastructure, it is simply amazing. It's a clean and hygiene place and the staff is very humble and supportive. North campus colleges of Delhi University are the best ones in terms of eveything.

Admission

Well, since I have opted for School of Open Learning, I would suggest anyone who is looking forward to pursue other courses or have other responsibilites to be taken care of, must go for it. Even in SOL, I have got the best faculty and campus and I am glad that I have chosen DU over any other university. I got my classes from Maharaja Agrasen College and everything there was just perfect. Taking about the best part, which is their Faculty, they are supportive, knowledgeable, good teaching quality and they are equally Humble as well.

Faculty

5

The faculty was very supportive and well educated. The course is for 3 years and has exams once in an year, which are the finals only. The marking scheme is decent and fair for all. There is a pre-specified marking scheme for all which helps students to understand their potential and how muchmore they need to work on themselves to reach the top.

Night Life

5

Since the campus was pretty good, we had all the facilities over there. From canteen to library, everything was readily avaialable. I am overall very happy with whatever was provided to us. Public areas closes as per the college areas and the guards are available there 24/7.

Final year students(5th semester) are eligible for the placements, many famous company recruits, like Deloitte, flipkart, amazon and there's many local companies as well. The highest pakage in 2024 was 24LPA. 20-30% students gets the placement as most of the students opt for Higher studies or get into competitive exams. The jobs offered are based on your course.

Students of 3rd year are eligible for the same. Mckinsey, BCG, Bain, Blackrock, Meesho etc being the most prestigious recruiters. Highest package varies, but it went around 36 L last year. Avg being around 8 L. I would say most students who apply for placements get placed, however only a few get placed in the top companies. I personally wish to pursue an MBA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As i am from a business and commerce background this course automatically attracts me, but these course does includes a deep knownledge on Accounts, Law and management which helps an individual to exel in business or some other fields in life. the curiculum surely prepare as it is a practical course full of real life knowledge which we study in law and management. and the course also have a broader future academic pursuits. The course curriculum and teaching methods is great only in MPA ma'am some times try to be practical and ask question but no one is prepared excpet some few kids some it gets difficult, like explanation part get's messed up i guess due to different perspective. The improvement should be with college timing the college must follow timings like Shaheed Bhagat singh college morning and evening classes which makes the college less crowded and efficient as per student needs. The frequency and timings of exam are ok.

Placement Experience:

Honestly, placements at SRCC are really strong, and that’s one of the main reasons everyone wants to study here. Most students become eligible for campus placements from the 5th or 6th semester, and usually, the internships you do in the 5th semester also help you get a final offer later.

The placements is somewhat what allures people to choose SRCC over other colleges. The average placement this year, was around 1300000+ and the offers were decent from prestigious firms including the Big4, HUL, Myntra, Meesho, Dalberg, Microsoft etc. There were gross offers of about 52 Crores, a total of 520+ offers from 115+ recruiters. Highest placement was around 36 LPA. SRCC is said to provide a 100% placement. I wish to pursue a Masters degree abroad after graduating.
