Curiculam is well structered and prepares you for the coorperate life which is full of pressure. It will teach you time management. Courses and units designed in a way that are related to field will help develope interest in your field, with a good balance in practical and theory lectures. The only thing which i think is missing is enthusiastic teachers, because of which somethimes it is boring to attend the lectures. Frequency of exams are monthly,which you can easily manage if you attend classes daily.

Placement cell is pretty good in this collage but it is upto your hardwork and your skills. You're only allowed to sit in placements only if you score more than 7cgpa, so on an average most students do get placed but at a low annual income. Highest pakages are a marketing stratery and only 1 or 2 students get it by their owm hardwork. I am planing to prepare for gate and pursue my masters in VLSI from IIT.

Talking about fee sturucture at Nirma university, you've to pay 127500 per semester.(BTech program has 8 semesters). Refundabe fees are 7000. Enrollment fees are 1000. examination fees is 3500. orientation and welcome kit costs 1200. so tution fee is 114800. There are 3 categoties for admision through jee mains, acpc, NRI based. NRI students have no scholarship opportunities. If your acpc rank is lee than 200 you'll receive free education. If your jee mains rank is under 5500 for CSE department and under 20,000 for other departments you'll receive free education. other than that, if your family income is less than 8lpa(in which you'll receive 50,000 in a year) you can receive a scholarship under category 2 and if it is less than 4lpa ( in which you'll receive 1lakh in a year) than you can receive a scholarship under category 3. If you come under Mysy scholarship than you cannot apply for scholarship provided by Nirma univesity. All other categories have same fees.

In Nirma you'll definately get a good social group and you can build connections, but it is important to focus on your own journey and not grt distracted by your peers as most of the students are from financially stable families. you've to be very much aware about current market scenario and start working on your skills by yourself as people might show that they don't know much but are secretly preparing themselves for fututre. Clubs like E-cell, Robocon, AUV provide you with great oppotunities to build your resume and teachs you real life skills. There anr event on every weekend by which you can build connections. It is a very easy process to get books from library and it has a number of books from various feilds. There are many sports events between different institues which you can participate if you are interested in it. Diffrent departments have diffrent fests every year which you can participate.

Meals and rooms are pretty good. You can find a lot of pgs and accomodation around this area. It is tough to find admission in hostel. Rooms in hostels do not have attached washroom. Bathrooms are well maintained and have proper hygine.

I got 96.8 pr in my jee mains, but my boards percentage was 73.6 . because of which i was not able to get into nits. I did get admission in other reputed private institues like jaypee and LD collage but since Nirma is more near to my house I choose it, also ot provides with good placement opportunities. I stopped working hard after my first jee main attempt this is what i regret the most.

Faculty to student ratio is 1:20. Faculties are helpful and really help you if you're hardworking. they also provide you with other opportunities and things you can do with your field. There are three examinations class-test, Mid-sems, and End sems. You'll also have a assignment in each subject per semester. End semester have a 40% weightage and class-test midsems and assignments have a 60% weightage in your final result. out of that 60% assignment contributes 0.2, class-test also contributes 0.2 and midsems contributes 0.3 .By this you can get to know that it is important to attend classes and thee is a continuous evalation going on. teachers have a lot of knowledge but it is upto you how you comunicate with them and extract that knowleged. It is quite easy to pass the semester, but it is tough to score well or you can say 9cgpa

Campus of Nirma is a very peaceful and inspiring place at night and we have 4 canteens, a gym, huge library and a lot of place to hangout in campus. My favourite is K-block which is canteen and cubical and fountain area. For students leaving in hostel, they are provided with breakfast lunch and dinner, they are not allowed to be out of hostel after 10pm.
