Likes
- Things i like in my college are : Our college is mainly focused on academics, and coding and doing projects per semesters and dividing to batches like finishing school for first years , project school for second years.
- As i said earlier each year semester students should cross hurdles to get into these different batches.
- The average package is comparatively good on comparing other colleges.
Dislikes
- Sports facilities are not good in our college
- Campus is not big its a medium campus in size .
Course Curriculum Overview
My course is computer science and engineering so i choosed this course so that i can look me as a Ai engineer in coming years so to get there i choosed this. Our college has a system when u come with a solution to real world problem then college is gonna support the team and fund them. Timing of exams are prety much sync with the syllabus and teaching .
Internships Opportunities
Companies like Salesforce , Google , Microsoft , Wipro visits our college and take students on basis of their skills. Roles they offer are assistant SDE , or assistant in oll other domains, etc. Stipend varies from 20k-60k
Placement Experience
Yeah i think my college placements are pretty much good i wouldnt say really good but i work for it college is gonna help you out for placing you. From 3-1 the students are eligible for campus placements. The campus placements in our college happens combinly with other 3 feather colleges of our institution including main campus which is kmit. As i think more than 70-75% students are getting placed by our college in different companies.
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fee should be payed by student it varies from 60,000-65,000 plus admission fee. The above fee include everything lab,registration,etc except travel expenses which varies accordingly by distance. Fee curriculum for other branches is also same as my branch which is cse. For merit quota the 80% fee will be payed by government and other like ews,ebc the fee strucutre is 30,000 from total fee is being payed by government .
Campus Life
As far as my college the only club which is exciting is technical club where weekly events takes place on GenAi by Mr Neil Gogte the founder and director of college. Different hackathons take place. Early two fests happen with different activities. Honestly not upto the mark . But social groups and clubs,student portals happen as like every college.
Admission
I got this college on basis of my TSEAMCET Rank so i got into this by that exam. I choosed this college by hearing that they really have a very good curriculum compared to other colleges on my particular course. Even my college have courses related to computer science . Yeah even i got rejection from other colleges one of them was my college's feather college which is located at other part of the city. When i was selected for this college my rank was 25k and i think with latest year census ths cutoff has decreased.
Faculty
Faculty for core subjects are good but other than that i would say average . Other than semester exams there other exams based on only problem solving skills where students are separated into different batches. The level of those coding exams cover all levels like easy,hard,difficult. One of the best teacher till now was Mr Umesh Gogte who is retired army Lt colonel from army he used teach C and Python language and he made us do projects on that particular language.
Night Life
There is no night life in our campus or college only when there are events or fests u get chance to explore college in night. So dont expect night life in kmce as college timings are from 9:30am -4:15pm
