Likes

The campus of the college is very good.It is filled with greenary.
College building are clean and Newly painted.
Teacher's are very polite and good. Also they are well educated.

Dislikes

Toilet and washrooms are dirty. They smell very bad.
Desk and benches are too short. And many of them are broken.
Their is not any good digital classroom. No Digital Boards.

Course Curriculum Overview

The Course ciricillum is preety good. The new syllabus is good according to this time. All students are free to select any subject which they like. I only improvement i think is introduce practicals in our course. We have to face practical problems, by which we can learn more

Class Size: 2000Course Fees: INR 4000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

1. This year fees is around 4000 2. Registration Fees - 250 Enrollment Fees - 250 Faculty - 100 Examination - 200 3. Fees is same for arts and commerce. 4. Various Scholarships like NSP, OBC etc. OBC price is 30000 per annum.

Campus Life

Their are various festivals celebrated in our college. The main festival is freshers.It is celebrated by our students with Full of energy. Many students of our college play various games. Many students are associated with various clubs and social groups.

Admission

I had applied for many colleges. From them I selected for only Gargaon College and Gelakey College. And I selected gargaon college. Because this college is very good and well knowned. The whole addmission process is online.

Faculty

1. Student Faculty ratio is 1:10. They all are very polite and humble. 2. Faculty and student relationship is very good. Also they are easily approachable. 3. I like all of my faculties. But I like Gautam Hazarika most. He is very supportive and kind-hearted man.

Night Life

We have a small gym, a central library, play ground and an indoor stadium. Library and gym are closed with college closing time. Hostel campus is very small. It is filled with greenary. Most famous hangout place is the Brindavan.

Full of pros and cons

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is well balanced and structured providing theoretical knowledge. It's all based on the new education policy 2020. However, I do believe it needs ratification in some aspects. Also, it does prepares us for real world applications and ofcourse it'll help students like us in the long run because of increasing competition. I feel rather than pressurising students teachers must put real life examples into account. Moreover exams must be conducted properly time to time with proper gaps in between

Good college. Its the best college near my home. Its graded A by NAAC. This college have good result always under Dibrugarh University. Not so far from my home. A beautiful campas the college have.
