Likes

I like campus it's a huge campus area And gardens
Faculties also very helpful and support the students.
Mess and hostel also very good here and the infrastructure of the college is super.

Dislikes

I don't like the food of the canteen like it's very oily.
I don't like mechanical engineering labs there is lack of instruments.
I don't like modasa city means if you compare from Ahmedabad or vadodara.

College curriculum is advanced newly introduced every year with modern technology and real world knowledge. College semesterwise exams is not difficult it is moderate if you are serious for your study.

Internships Opportunities

College provide good internship opportunities in various Companies or mncs you can go for internship surely.but you have to do well in your semester exams.intership is paid or unpaid depends on your skills and knowledge.

Placement Experience

Placements in my college is definitely good every years lot of companies coming for recruitment of various students. The average package of my College is 4-6 lpa and highest package is 10 lpa offered by tcs. And overall placement Last year is around 50 percent.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, definitely fee is very effective and Cost friendly a yearly fees is around 1500 the college provide good scholarship for students . Here college fees is increasing every year slightly .you will take benefits of different government scholarship from here.

Campus Life

Yes, My overall experience is very good and i enjoyed here.i also participate in various sports like cricket kabaddi and volleyball.college has very tech related clubs you can join if you are interested in technology.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel of gec modasa is very cost friendly . Only 1500 rupees you have to pay every year you will also get mess within the hostel campus. Hostel has tables beds chairs you can use free of cost. And girls and boys hostel is build here separately.

Admission

Firstly, I choose ld college of engineering for Ccomputer engineering but my rank is not sufficient to take into ld college. then my another college choice is gec modasa because it is nearly from my home.

Faculty

Faculties also very good and helpful they are holding masters and phd certificate and very intelligent.college has semesterwise exam pattern so you can get time for study. Exams are not difficult if you attend regular classes.

Night Life

with my honest review nightlife is not that good if you think that night life is like Ahmedabad or vadodara no in modasa you will not get dominos or malls or pvr you will get below average nightlife here . But you can visit nearly places like shamlaji etc.

Placement Experience:

In our college, 100% students get placed every year. After 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Some students want to get into higher studies and some want to get off-campus placements. Many companies like google, motorola,crest comes to take interviews. Placement of my college is decent enough as per NITs. From 7 semester students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Micron, GE Healthcare, Visa, MasterCard and more visited and offer 6 to 7 candidates depending on requirement. Highest package is 57 LPA in CSE branch and 35 LPA in ECE branch. In CSE Placement percentage is 94% and in ECE it is 84%. I will go for College placements and will give government exams and GATE exam.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester,the students are eligible for the placement cells.As we all know that first step for the placement is The Aptitude test and later on the interview and technical skills. Companies like TCS,Micron,TCS Ninja,Juspay,Samsung, Microsoft and many more. The highest placement from the college is 31LPA and the average package of the college is 3LPA to 4LPA. The students placed every year around 60-65 %.

Placement Experience:

The placement in by branch are good enough in last year 2024 a student got package of nearly 42 lakh per year from computer branch. The average package in computer branch is nearly 10 to 12 LPA . Different companies visits our college to give placement to the students. The major companies ask about the students who have 8 + CGPA . Students become eligible from the 7th semester itself for campus placements. The collge gives perfect data of the student who are placed in different different companies.in year 2023 88% of the students were succcessufully placed in companies.Including all branches average package was of 7 LPA but for computer science students the average package was 10 to 12 LPA.In petrochemical branches the highest package was 24 LPA . and average package was nearly about 6.5LPA.The IT companies such as Google , Microsoft, Reliance , TATA visiits the college to give placement to the students of computer science.The total of 550 +students got the offer from various companies from all branches of btech and nearly 175 companies visited to the campus of the collegeAfter i get the degree the college pdeu i wil do the job for 2 to 3 years in some good companies after that my plan is to do startup means i want to start my buissness such as making an app , etc.. In PDEU the number of students getting placed are good enough even students getting good offcampus packages than oncampus becaus the student become capable of doing work or finding good work. There are some of the students not getting the jobs on campus they try offcampus and thy get the job.

Great experience in College Life

The college do have placements offers with many companies in the world and even the most popular companies like google, Facebook, And many more. Many students don't get the opportunity as it only offers to those students who are good in there own field. Normally students become eligible for campus placements From 6th semester. They get chance for 3 semester i.e. 6th,7th,&8th semester. The highest offer a student got here was 2cr per anumn.

Due to my acpc rank i got this college in second round, my acpc rank is around 9800. By seeing this rank this college is best for me in computer engineering. I also have applied in LD Engineering College in Computer Engineering and in AI but there cut-off is at to high so I don't got admission there. By acpc conformation I just give submit my documents in college and my admission is confirmed in this college. There is not more long process to for the admission procedure.
