This Mechanical engineering curriculum teaches us about the internal working and operations of the mechineries present in our day to day use . The curriculum includes practical labs and theoretical lessons for complete understanding for a student. The practical aspects of the curriculum is on the lower side and the theory is of 2 decades back . The End Semester Examinations should include more gaps between each subjects .

Internship opportunities are less for the mechanical engineering students . There are only two to three companies that come for internships and stipend is very less . The Assigned tasks are medium to hard

After sixth semester students become eligible for the placement opportunities. Visiting companies are - Reliance, Tata Motors, adani Wilmar, Suzuki ,Aarti Industries, and many more. The highest offered package is 1700000 and the average package is 650000 More than 70 Percent of the students gets placed in the college.

The total fee per annum of Harcourt Butler Technical University for B.Tech is 135000 for the First year and after that 127500 for the second , third , and the fourth year . I am currently in the third year of my education (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering and the fee of my college remains the same for every year . Uttar Pradesh government provides 52200 of Scholarship every year except for the second year of my education. There are also fee waiver seats for the economically lower section of society. For the fee waiver seats the tuition fee is zero for entire B.Tech .

Aagaz , Andaz and Alfaz the the main events of my college in these events many famous and known people visit our college as chief guests. There are all kinds of books available in the library for every course. The facilities are too good but the cleanliness is sometimes on the lower side. There are a lot of sports events take place in my college for every sports there is a Event . Students run social media pages for the college and manage other social media handles.

This college has higher reputation than other government colleges present . This college provide easy placement opportunities than other colleges. Harcourt Butler Technical University helps students achieve the packages they truly deserve and should get . There are many rounds for the admission in my college and internal sliding through which students can change their branches . I have applied for Chhatrapati shahu Ji Maharaj University in kanpur and I left it for Harcourt Butler Technical University because this college is far better than CSJMU kanpur .

The are three four types of exams takes place every semester and these are - 1) Mid-Semester-1 Examinations , 2) Mid-Semester-2 only for subjects not having labs during semester, 3) Practical Examinations for the subjects having labs , 4) End Semester Examinations for every subject there . The faculties are easily approachable for all students , every faculty treats every student kindly and correctly. I personally like Dr. Virendra Kumar sir who teaches Fluid Mechanics because of his dedication for his students and his hardwork .

The gym is fine , every needed gym equipment is present out there. The timing for the hostles is 7 am in the morning and the closing timing is 10 pm in the night . Chai Adda is a famous spot for hangouts , it is a shop for tea . It is the place for interactions with other students.
