Course Curriculum Overview

2

Maths was the aspect which I loved about the course and the economics and statistics content prepares us to face the tasks required in the professional world. The courses focused on theoritical knowledge instead of pratical knowledge so it can be improved. Exams were held once a year and were easy to clear.

Internships Opportunities

3

I was offered internship in accoutant role with stipend of 2lpa. I didn't like that. The projects included maintenance of accounts, data entry, software knowledge, attential to detail and aptitude test.

Placement Experience

3

The students become eligible from the start. It is just thet they have to learn some necessary skills. I visited various offices like american express, google and barclays. Many students got placements and highest package that i know was of 12LPA. I plan to become an expert in Actuarial science.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly fees - 4500 rupees Total fees - 12000 Bank charges for Draft- 500 Books included Classee included B. Com hours fees was 8000 Fees low for students under reservation category by 2000 People from different institutions offer courses at discounted rates on exam dates

Campus Life

4

The festival included sports festival and cultural festivals. There was a huge library and the facilities were good. Students expert in sports were given chances to express themselves in various tournaments. Happy club was present to help student in any problem they are facing.

Admission

I chose this college as it gave me extra time to work after studies. I didn't apply for other colleges due to this reason. The eligibility criteria for admission was passing percentage of 33 in senior secondary. Exams were Maths, economics, accountancy, statistics, Business studies, etc. Exams were held usually in summer of June and July. Overall the experience was ok.

Faculty

3

The student to faculty ration would be 1:30. The teachers were easily approachable in staff rooms. I loved Maths faculty as I had huge interest in Maths and there was freedom to express ideas about it. I didn't like Economics faculty as it was not actively participating in development of campus and classes were not regular. There was exam once an year. They were easy if you study well and the course content was helpful in developing skills required for jobs.

Night Life

4

gym, cafeterias were not present. The hostel was big with closing time between 11pm-4am. Delhi has many places to hangout when you go out in every 1 km. The sports arena and gossip zone in campus were my favorite

Final year students(5th semester) are eligible for the placements, many famous company recruits, like Deloitte, flipkart, amazon and there's many local companies as well. The highest pakage in 2024 was 24LPA. 20-30% students gets the placement as most of the students opt for Higher studies or get into competitive exams. The jobs offered are based on your course.

Students of 3rd year are eligible for the same. Mckinsey, BCG, Bain, Blackrock, Meesho etc being the most prestigious recruiters. Highest package varies, but it went around 36 L last year. Avg being around 8 L. I would say most students who apply for placements get placed, however only a few get placed in the top companies. I personally wish to pursue an MBA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As i am from a business and commerce background this course automatically attracts me, but these course does includes a deep knownledge on Accounts, Law and management which helps an individual to exel in business or some other fields in life. the curiculum surely prepare as it is a practical course full of real life knowledge which we study in law and management. and the course also have a broader future academic pursuits. The course curriculum and teaching methods is great only in MPA ma'am some times try to be practical and ask question but no one is prepared excpet some few kids some it gets difficult, like explanation part get's messed up i guess due to different perspective. The improvement should be with college timing the college must follow timings like Shaheed Bhagat singh college morning and evening classes which makes the college less crowded and efficient as per student needs. The frequency and timings of exam are ok.

Placement Experience:

Honestly, placements at SRCC are really strong, and that’s one of the main reasons everyone wants to study here. Most students become eligible for campus placements from the 5th or 6th semester, and usually, the internships you do in the 5th semester also help you get a final offer later.

The placements is somewhat what allures people to choose SRCC over other colleges. The average placement this year, was around 1300000+ and the offers were decent from prestigious firms including the Big4, HUL, Myntra, Meesho, Dalberg, Microsoft etc. There were gross offers of about 52 Crores, a total of 520+ offers from 115+ recruiters. Highest placement was around 36 LPA. SRCC is said to provide a 100% placement. I wish to pursue a Masters degree abroad after graduating.
