Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum offers a strong foundation in core subjects and into modern topics like devops and full stack development which influenced my decision to pursue it . Thwy focus on practicals and projects

Internships are provided to students who are from 6th sem and above . I dont know about internships much because i am currently from 5th sem . But as far as i know from my seniors people are getting interned

From 6th semester students become eleigible for placements . We shoudlnt have any backlogs in order to attend placement drive . Many companies come to college but only few students are getting placed . Maybe lack of skills in students

My friends pay around 225000 some 2 lakh . I have joined college through kcet so my college fees is 20k and kcet fees is 91796 . College is overall good . There are no lab fees . You have just pay college fees and it covers all

Campus Life

The infrastructure is good .thwre are many clubs in our college each focussing on individual things . We have indoor and outdoor sports . We have football and cricket ground and also basketball one . Students can indulge in sports whenever they are free

I applied for reva university, dayanand sagar and etc . Among the colleges i applied to only presidency had devops course which made me pursue it . I cleared my kcet and joined this college . People can also join through management and comedk

Faculty

Most of rhe teachers are good and interact well with students . We have mid term for 50marks continuous assignment for 50 marks and end term for 50 marks so overall 200 marks which they convert it to 100 marks and calculate our cgpa

Night Life

There is no nightlife in our college because no students are allowed inside during night . But you can enjoy nightlife in pg street where there are multiple pgs near college and u can communicate with other students

Good College with Supportive Faculty and Decent Placements

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

About my college

Placement Experience:

After completion of the course students are divided to teachers and the food industries are come to college and interview us and the student is eligible they can select. Some standard food related companies are visited nestle, ITC mysore , sulawines and some other companies also. The CGPA of the students is 7.5 or more is good below this also get selected but more than 7.5 is good. My plan is after completion of course then do work and get some experience in the industries and some of the time I am going to select a product and launch it over the world.

Placement Experience:

They start conducting placements activities from the 2nd year itself like AMCAT preparation, skillrack, etc. So the students become eligible for campus placements from 7th sem itself. Many companies like TCS, Diggibyte, Zoho,etc. and the offers are from 3 lakh to 16 lakh per annum. Percentage of students getting placements are about 90% My plan is to get into the IT sector as i have an interest to explore and enhance my technical skills

PST Bright Student Honest Review/insights

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.
