The college campus is the best among the private colleges in West Bengal .
The labs are well mentioned and every lab have ac
The girls to boys ration is good in our college .It is 1:5

The course curriculum is not updated.there are some unwanted subjects in it
There are on campus internship opportunities for 3rd year students
All the teachers are not so good.some are good but not all

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is not fo great. But it is according to the makaut university.there are many unwanted subjects present in curriculum. The timing of the exam is good.there are 2 sem exam in one year

Class Size: 220Course Fees: INR 115000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement of our college is good . Current year almost all of the students are placed in good company with average package of 4.5 lpa . And the student are happy to get job .the company which come to give placement are pwc us, cognizant, Capgemini,capsitech, Mindtree,IBM ETC

Fees and Financial Aid

In btech course we have 8 semester and we had to pay around 55000 per semester and 2000 rupees admission fees.But I think the fees are higher than when we took admission. In our college there are TFW seats in which they don't have to pay tuition fees. There are some scholarship available like Swami Vivekananda, and many other. I think it is cheaper than other private colleges of Kolkata.

Campus Life

The annual fest of hit is Rivera which is a big fest . In that time many singer come and the tech fest of hit is called prayukti.it is also great. Overall the college experience is very great.there are many college society and clubs and ngo.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is one of the best thing in our college.there are 7 boys hostel and 5 girls hostel.the food is also good. the registration process of hostel allotment is done on the time of admission. Besides there are many rented pg available

Hostel Fee: INR 24000 per year

Admission

According to my wbjee rank I got some government college also but the colleges are not so good so I choose computer science from haldia institute of technology.i also apply for purulia govt college and academy of technology.

Faculty

There are around 500 faculties in our college. some of the teachers are good.but not all the teachers are as good.and the course curriculum is also outdated. The faculty students ratio is also good 1:10

Night Life

There are gym section,2 big playground,yoga section, indoor gaming section in our college. The girls hostel closed on 7:30 pm and boys close on 8:30. There are many theqe where all the students hangout

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.

Okay college and decent placement

I choose this college due to affordable fees and the hostel facility near. But I think my desicion was wrong as it is not good engineering college as compared to the other colleges from noida ,ghaziabad and rest cities of India .This is because of followiong parameters that are good in those colleges.1.NO Regular cultural and technical fest. 2.Not any extra co cirricular activities such as dandiya, festive special programs and the main freshers part. 3. There is no farewell given to final year students by the college. 4. No convacation held. 3. No hightech infrastructure and AC classrooms.
