My college wrap up

The course is very well designed by the professor so that it helps each student to learn and master in their field of work. Each subject in each course holds a very important position to teach the student the very knowledge of it. The frequency of exams is about a month and the level of exam is always decided by professor and its course.

Different companies come for internships at our college like tata, Mahindra and Mahindra etc. they offer various jobs like software engineer, data analyst, quality analyst, thermal engineer, etc. this internship is also managed by students placement office.

The placement rate of our college is vary good. The average package for the past few years is twenty lakhs per annum. Different companies of different fields come in our college. Students of fourth year are eligible to participate in the placement. There is a special cell called student placement office which manages all the placement related work and acts as a medium between students and companies.

First time I paid 38,125 rupees in which there is 17,000 rupees registration fees which are refundable after completion of my graduation. The tution fees is 2 lakh rupees per year. This tution fees is waived off 100% for sc and st students and for those whose parental income is less than 1 lakh per annum. The other fees like exam, lab, alum registration, development and maintenance all sums up to round figure 20 thousand rupees. There are four scholarship provided by college. Mcm, inspire, fbm and donor scholarship. One student can avail only one scholarship. Mcm is given on the basis of academic performance and economic background. This includes tution fees waiver and 11 thousand rupees per annum. Fbm scholarship given to school and st students on the basis of parental income which includes mess fees waiver.

The overall experience of my college life is awesome. Mostly because of my friends which I made there and the fun which we do in hostel. They all are sharp minded persons. There are different clubs for every field of interest. Different fests are organised in our college like antragni and udghosh are commonly took place at October. And galaxy and tech fest are also celebrated in our college. The infrastructure is top class. All lecture halls have air conditioner, big screen and speakers.

Hostel facility is just like home. Each room has two or three beds. For each student there is study table, almirah in the room. The bathroom is always cleaned by sweepers. Mess food is also really good. All mess workers keep take care of the quality and the hygiene of mess. The mess menu is changed every month by the mess committee.

I have applied for IIT Delhi but don't able to get it because of my low rank in jee advanced examination. I choose that college because I am a resident of delhi and I want to live closer to my family. The admission is based on the ranks of students in jee advanced examination. I choose IIT Kanpur because of its placement, location and popularity. It has a large campus than most of the colleges in India.

The faculties of our college are top professor of India. All are highly efficient in their field. They have a different aura which always inspires the students. Apart from teaching, they have a very friendly nature and help students in their academic as well as personal development. Each semester exams includes quizzes, mid term examinations, end semester examinations, labs and practical. They all have a different weightage and accordingly cgpa is calculated on the basis of the number of credits the subject holds.

Students are allowed to go anywhere in night also. The college gives students full freedom to enjoy at night also. From libraries to computer labs, cafes, canteens all are open at night also. It is totally safe to hangout at night even for girls because there are sis guards in every part of college which monitor every activity of students.
