Fees is little bit high everyone cannot afford

Course Curriculum Overview

We have practical classes which offers a good teaching we require we also have rehab centres where we see patients which gives us exposure to patients opd is good . Exam timmings are good there is no pressure in between

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 660000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

One year fees is 1 lakh 65000 thousand in which 1 lakh 5000 you have to pay during admission and rest 60000 thousand after the half semester. Tution fees is 6.60 lakhs hostel fees is 2.46 lakhs university provides scholarship on merit basis

Campus Life

We have so many fest in the months of dec- feb like food mela dj night etc. library is very good you have access to all books and journal you need We have a very big sports complex which has a crickets football , basketball , gymnasium,etc There are mang clubs run by students like epoc music society and many more

Admission

The reasons why I chose this college is because of it's hospitals it has three hospitals which gives us a good patients exposure I applied fo jamia milia but didn't went there beacuse of the less patient flow. Admission is done through neet or cuet basis

Faculty

Faculty members are good and supportive but some of them are rude which you'll find in every college we have 10 faculties over 50 students . There are total 4 exams in which three are minors called sessionals and 1 is final exam out of three sessional best two is counted. Sessionals are easy but finals are tough

Night Life

The campus is so big that there are many places to hangout after classes but major is sports comples and canteens we have many cafeterias around the campus which are open till. 10 P.M which is near the hostel closing time which is 9:30 P.M.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum initially provides all the theoretical and practical knowledge side by side. As in first year classes are held in University college of medical science so practical we got demonstration of human anatomy on cadavers . And the subsequent 2nd, 3rd and 4th year classes are held in Amar Jyoti as the syllabus of these years provide you proper insights of your field Side by side in 3rd and 4th year we do clinical postings in different hospitals and in Amar Jyoti where we see real world applications i.e. hands on patients under the guidance of senior physiotherapist who are our professors also. First year is quite tough compare with other years as overall syllabus is just same as of MBBS . Areas of improvement - should be in syllabus I think as in first year we were somewhat clueless about our real role in PT as there were no PT specific subjects .

Course Curriculum Overview:

Syllabus or course curriculum includes everything you should know as a good physiotherapist. Faculty teach you theoretical aspect of every condition or procedures, after the completion of theoretical classes there are practical classes to strengthen and increase knowledge about that particular topic or technique or procedure. Also college includes clinical postings for 1 year. 6 month in 3rd year and next 6 month in 4th year of course in which they send you to different hospital opds and ipds to see different conditions and learn new techniques to treat patients effectively. So overall curricular activities prepare you in very good and effective manner to treat the patients of different conditions

Student's become eligible from 4th year only for the campus placements. It's not the companies or the hospitals that visits for placement it's the NGO's and all that comes and provide basic salaries to students. Highest packages can go upto - 1200000 per annum or average to 400000 per annum. 70-80% students get's placements and other starts there home visits or own clinic. My plans is to work for 2 year in any hospital in india and then move to dubai for future opportunities.

I applied in jamia millia islamia and jamia hamdard University both are good in terms of infrastructure. Mt first priority was always jmi but due to strict paper pattern which they conduct for their almost all courses, I didn't get selected for their course, but then I got admission in jamia hamdard University because the process of entering this college is literally easy and simple as compared to others because they do not take any exams for any of their course which is good for almost every student. I got confirmed in one of the colleges of GGSIPU which was not so good for pharmacy and the location was also not ideal. Things to know about Jamia hamdard M Pharm (Pharmaceutics)

The university follows proper admission prodecure. The admission is purely based on merit in entrance exam . For M Pharm the eligibility was gpat exam qualified candidates with atleast 50% marks in bachelor. The application forms were available at jamia hamdard website from mid march to end of july. Online and offline counseling was done and admission was based on merit in gpat. The university has reservation for muslim minority , handicapped, obc, ews and internal candidates. The cutoff was 80 percentile in gpat examination. The application admission process smooth but the process began very late due to which the semester got very delayed.
