Course Curriculum Overview
The course was well designed as per the phases of in the beginning we had a Basic training kitchen and basic restaurant services classes then we had Quantity training kitchen insecond year level ko module rises so the level of skills and knowledge too. Curriculum also included the Industrial training and where we had the real world practical knowledge and eventually prepared us for the real-world application and and for further academic pursuits.
Placement Experience
As far as the placement of colllege is concerned we had the job assisstance programme and at the placement big Hotel industries and MNC companies were invited and alo the airline like Air Asia. But I decide to switch my career for the UPSC and other competitive exams.
Fees and Financial Aid
The annual fee of my college was 190000 and that was three year degree course , that also includes the one-time fee of INR 19,915 and this one time payment include - refundable caution money , enrollment fee, admission fee, NCHM fee for the abled candidates coming from depressed background were entitled with the scholarship and the anual fee was refunded by the state.
Campus Life
My overall experiene was extremely fine and the soft and practical skills I developed over there was life changing because we had the interaction with students and faculties from different states and background.
Admission
I've chosen this college over other beacause it was the central government institute and location was my home state apart from this college also had great reputation and job assistance module inviting the big hospitality institutes and big restaurants chains for the placement purposes. The admission process college includes one entrance exam at the Pan India level conducted by the NCHMCT.
Faculty
Faculties were experienced and reliable focused on the learning of the students and handling practical classes in most engaging way. As far as the bets faculty is concrned it'd not be justifiable at all to name any one beacause every faculty had there unique method of pedagogy. Comimn to the exam we had different semester wise exam and also Mid-term exam and those Mid-term exams were like a warm up session and the difficulty of question ranged from basic to intermediate and tough.
Interview Experience
The topics in GD was very diverse it ranged from the topics of social media and politics to education , dowry systems. Interview patterns were different depending upon the module of the company, we had the jib assistance program and faculties guide for the GD and Interview.
Night Life
Nightlife of college was very peaceful and safe and girls were free to go anywhere , for my fitness purpose I use to ru for atlease 1000 mr in ground and I was involved in the various physical workout activities. Bhopal is the city of lakes and fortunately we had a lake near by our college and famous 10 number market we usually go there with our friends for hanging out.
