Likes

College staff is too good and their behaviour
Faculty,teacher are very supportive. they teach you very politely every week they held practical for the knowledge of students. Campus is too good. College view is good. Classrooms are big
Principle and head of department are very supportive person

Dislikes

Some rules i dont like. Like cut your hair, clean shave etc
Seniors punish you if you dont cut your hair or clean shave
Hostel mess food is not too good its just ok ok im taste

My interest is in food and beverage thats why i choose hote management and the scope of food and beverage is too high easily getting job with the college placements I m suggesting to all of you if your interest is in any field of hotel management just come and learn and grow your skills and experience

Internships Opportunities

Hotel taj, fermont, sheraton grand palace, raffels, Radisson hotel, itc mughal, andaz, Internship is held for 4 months You have to do work in 4 major departments like food and beverage, front office, housekeeping, or in kitchen for 1-1 month and your stipend is based on your hotel how much they give you. I got 5000/- five thousand

Placement Experience

After the 5 semester students eligible for the campus placements. Jw marriott, andaz, itc mughal, fermont, taj hotel, many more if you have more knowledge or your are a brilliant student they offered you 50000/- fifty thousand in a month Raffles hotel offered 12lac package last year Above 8 cgpa My plans after the degree open a cafe of restaurant

Fees and Financial Aid

Course fees is almost 350000/- (three lack fifty thousand) approx. In first year your you have to pay 1,21000/- you can also pay in 2 terms in 6-6 months. Scholarship is available 100% scholarships we get ( obc , sc ,st ) campus placement 100%

Campus Life

26 January they held a program 15 August they held a program Or in diwali, holi , ganesh chaturthi, freshers party, farewell party , sports like football, cricket, badminton, basketball, College have a pvr room for taking the class

Hostel Facilities

In hostel they provide fan , bed, water , mess food Meal quality is not good . In menu they serve dal, chapati, chawal, alu sbji Fill the form and pay the fee and college allote your room in hostel If you search for pg also available in local area far from college like 500m or 1km

Hostel Fee: INR 28000 per year

Admission

Admission thorough the entrance exam or direct bases First you have to fill the registration form and prepairing for jee exam thorough the jee exam you got the seat. This is first process and the second process is direct admission thorough your 12th percentage

All faculties are too good and their qualifications is msc in bsc in hospitality and hotel administration and they have 10 years of teaching experience and some faculties have 20 years of teaching experience.

Likes

Quality Education & Faculty, Experience faculty with good hand on experience of industry, set example
Always motivate and try to implement learning in actual industry world
Good Infrastructure with high valued Food and Beverage labs

Dislikes

My experience is good with this institute so far
Can be better in placement and overall package offered
Need to work in boys hostel to upgrade rooms and facility

Ihm gwalior boast robust placement record witha approximately 70% to 80% student securing jobs offers . Average salary of placed student is ramnge between inr 1.8 lpa to 2.4 lpa witha hishest package reaching upto 6.4 lpa

My experience in IHM Bhopal

Likes

Vibrant environment , with the experienced faculties.
Ragging free and safe environment , daily practical schedule and availability of necessary equipments
Module of exams and job assistance programs conducted by the both Internal as well as external faculties, apart from that regular fest and cultural activities.

Dislikes

Lack of digitalization and following the old walk in documentation process
long ques waiting for the submission of any semester exam form.
No student portal was there where one can visit and analyze there performance

Placement Experience:

As far as the placement of colllege is concerned we had the job assisstance programme and at the placement big Hotel industries and MNC companies were invited and alo the airline like Air Asia. But I decide to switch my career for the UPSC and other competitive exams.

Remarks:

Positve remarks are such that there is a lot of other things in our college other than the study but the negative is that our college is not valuving the money of the student as we have pad a high amount then to we have to take print outs of 200 rs weekly

Remarks:

While admission they are so sweet person but once you get admission, they are just opposite there were worst placement if you did a silly mistake they will see You in ur practical or then exam they try to detained or give Atkt. They taught to provide lunch and breakfast but provide e only y little bit of food in the lunch they include the fee.

My IHM days…

For IHM colleges, there comes a competitive examination named as NCHMCT-JEE conducted by NTA which allows a student to score well and get into 29 Central institutions of Hotel Management and nearly 70 State Institutions of Hotel Management. I scored well in my competitive examination and during selection process i chose, IHM Hyderabad, IHM Bhopal, IHM Gwalior, IHM Lucknow & IHM Jaipur, these are Central IHM's and i got my spot in IHM Gwalior at first place and i selected it. Internship opportunity is very good

The student must have obtained 50% or more percentage in 10th & 12th exams. So we are eligible for applying NCHMCT exam. The candidate must have a ranking under 5000 in NCHMCT to be eligible to get admission to IHM Gwalior. My life in an hotel industry

I applied for IHM Goa and Pusa but my rank was not up to the mark. Then I got into IHM Gwalior. I've got 4832 ranks in all India exams of NCHMCT. I always wanted to do hotel management as i was always having a keen interest in hotel industry. I lucky enough to get admission to IHM Gwalior. As I was planning for hotel management, my family and friends were supporting me to at every moment.
