Likes

It is located suitably and campus is next level.
It's infrastructure is being developed to the best.
The teaching faculty available in the University is very cooperative.

Dislikes

There are less restrictions for the students.
Non teaching staff's some members are too lazy and least interested for completing the work.
There are less courses offered overall in the University Teaching Departments.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course taught is very helpful to the students. The subjects offered in the course prepare us for all the dimensions of commerce in real world. I would like to recommend this to everyone reading it.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 8500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Indira Gandhi University, Meerpur charges ?8 to 9K yearly for M.Com Honours. Eventhough there are various scholarships and various schemes for students coming from backward categories like SC and ST. Low amounts amouting between ?500 - ?1K are too charged from such students as yearly fee pay.

Campus Life

I have participated in various college events like Youth Festival. Various events come twinkling one after another. Which enhance creativity of the students. This is the very special feature of the University.

Admission

I also applied in KLP College, Delhi University etc. I passed all the entrances with flying colours. But I chose I.G.U as my learning platform as firstly admission procedure is quite simple. It's location is traveling friendly.

Faculty

Almost all the faculty members are very understanding and very cooperative in nature. Specially Asst Prof. Dr. Vijay Hooda Sir, Dr. Ishwar Sharma Sir, Associate Prof. Dr. Aditi Mam, Dr. Meera Mam, Dr. Deepak Gupta Sir, Dr. Pinki Insan Mam at Commerce Department and Dr. Samruddhi Mam, Dr. Bharti Mam, Assistant Prof. Dr. Sushant Yadav at Management Department are very helpful in nature. Marking Scheme is also student friendly and course is designed with a student oriented view.

Night Life

Hostel facilities are also next level in the University Campus. Various facilities like home alike food, Gyms etc are available for hostelers. Sports facilities, grounds are also available for the hostelers.

Placement Experience:

Placements activities are done regularly I have been interviewed and placed in many organisations during my tenure. Highest package is 30K. Percentage of students doesn't matter you will have to just proficient in communication skills and have that skills that is required by the interviewing company.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The master of commerce help me to get more knowledge related to commerce field . By opting this course , I am going to prepare for net commerce. But there should be more focus on practical part instead of theory . The timing of exam is 3 hrs which is enough to cover the paper .

Placement Experience:

5th sem to student eligible for campus placement . Many companies visted in my collage like swaraj ,Mahindra , tata and many more. The highest pakAge of giving by the company 4 to 5 lakh. Company profile is very good the pakage is more odinary. Minimum percentage for placement is 70 but is not compulsary many times company not seen prcentage his seen only the knowledge of person.my plan is after getting the deegree job for bank.

Experience at IGU Rewari in MCA Course

I applied in Delhi University, MDU Rohtak, Kurukshetra University and IGU rewari. I got confirmed admission in MDU, KUK and IGU. I prefer IGU because its location was more suitable for me and it was meeting all my requirements. I rejected MDU and KUK due to thier location and placements. In my university, admission is on entrance basis but sometimes if there are less number of application forms, then it is on merit basis.
