PIET the college with many opportunities

well i have choosen the cse branch in btech because i have interest in computers like buliding programs, hacking, learning more about coding . This curriculam prepare me for getting much reliable in coding and learning the concepts from basic to advance. As the coding prepares me for the events and the interviews as i learned the basic conpects clearly. One area for the improvement is that the teachers tends to complete the courses pretty fast which i dont personnaly like it as if we loose focus in between for just minutes we may miss the whole concpet of the class. The frequency and timing of the exam along with our prespective is quite hard as there less time to prepare in between the semester 2 and the semester 3 exams and in between they also gives us practicel exams and just after the sessional 3 ends they gives us one lest final semester which very difficult to manage as we have to prepare different chapters for sessional 2 and 3 and also we have to prepare for the internal exams and viva

the companies are amazon wipro infosys and many more companies whoch give the stipend upto 10 to 20k upon the creativity and work we do the many project are like buliding robots making some models from 3d printer for the testing and other things

From the 6th semsester students start to get alligibel for the campus placements. Many highly respected companies visit the college as amazon, infosys, accenture, wipro, IBM. the highest package offerd from the companies was in 2023 of 38lpa. Total of 5000+ offers were made, package offerd by 5+ companies were INR20LPA, package offerd by 10+ copanies were INR 15LPA, package offerd by 15+ companiese were INR 10LPA, and the package offerd by 50+ companiese were INR4 TO 5 LPA. Almost all the students get placed in the college but with some low salary, my plans after getting this degree is get into a good mnc campus placed by start a new life by earning and learning more and more from the seniors and mentors

the year wise fee i pay is of 130000 rupees after applying the discount of 10 percent as an army child/brat and the college also provide discount based upon the percentile recievd in jee mains example a discount of 80 percent in the tution fees per year or for two semester and give upto 10 percent discount on the tution fees depending upon category or person with disablity and a 10 percent discount in the fees for EWS category upon showing the the EWS certificate the take upto 1000 rupees as for the addmission and registration fees and charges upto 1000 and 1800 rupees on the internet and liberary fees all included in the semster fees

well there are many fvestivels held every year but the two many events are held is freshers party and the march fest,where the faculties invite many stars and singers for the event to entertain students. there are may range of books and journels available for all type of reader as there are historic books comedy books comic books, etc. there are digital boards available in every classroom and also spearate labs on the top two floors. also the campuse provied many extracurricular activites offerd on campus such as football, boxing, kabbadi, vollyball, cicket, with sepearte ground and perticuler area provided to the in the campuse, there are many student run cloubs or groups such as literature club techies club were they impact on student life as they help improve our literature and coding skills

i applied tomany other colleges like iitm murthal and also geta university and many other panipat colleges and also got a confirmed seat but i choose this college as it is growing day by day organizing many events which lead to many oppertunities for features and it also has AICTE approved lab many 3d printers great teachers to assist internship and many other benfits. As PIET is an private college you can get direct addmission into it just by filling up the addmission and registration form or also through CET and they also give you scholerships based on the score you score

faculty to student ration is of 4:1 ass there are 6000 total students int he college and only about 1500 teachers and the faculty to student relationship is very approchable and good and i personnally like mr dinesh kumar and mrs rachna of applied science and humanities branch as gthey are super cool and best teachers to learn from and i personally didn't like the libraray reception staff as they tend have an attitude around students. they three sessionalls in between semseter in the time period pf 1 to 2 months in between the all and syllabus depends upon how many chapters are majorly completed in all the classes and sections each sessionals carry 40 marks and we should atleast get passed in two of the three sessionals and the average of best two sessionall marks are added in the final semester internals and after the college becoming autonomus we have the final semseter exam as of 60 marks in written and 40 marks internal and 75 percent attendence is also requird in all the subjects if not you would be given 0 in the part of the internal marks of attendence

i did face an interview wit the teacher depending upon my marks i scored in the boards and my hobbies, the procees for the addmission in this college is simple as it is based on first come and first serve basis, i dinit perticulerly prepare for these rounds and just gave the answers right to thepoint that i know and moved to other question whoch dont know

there is a gym provided for the hostelers in the college which is built underground near the hostel and they charge them extra fees for the usage of gym, the gym opend at morning before the campuse hourse and after campuse hours till late night, they also provide library for the hostlers till 8pm cafeterias are also available till late night, i dont know about the hostel in timing but know the camus in timing is about last 5pm for the college students and may waery for hostlers the famous hangout place inside the campus is the piet cafe or the old canteen and the locality is totally safe around the night as they also station gairds at different postions and alos surveillensed by cameras around every block of the campuse by the warden
