Likes
- There is an introductory session of 21 days after that there is an annual event called shankhnaad along with the annual sports event.
- There is negligible ragging environment in the campus. Faculty is also good almost every professor is good in their own subjects.
- There are various companies which offers on campus placement and average placement is 3.5 lakhs and apart from that gate selection are much better from the college.
Dislikes
- The infrastructure and management of college is not that much good.
- Classrooms are not well designed and maintained.
Course Curriculum Overview
Timing is 10-5 and students strength in a class is 75 each. Faculty is average overall self hardwork is required a lot for the success also the exam held a little late today. They are not very difficult everyone can pass by just focusing in the class.
Placement Experience
From 7th semester you are eligible for placements. Their are various companies like tcs HCl which visit campus and provides the placements. Average placement is around 3.5 lakhs and highest package which was off campus is around 50 lakhs. Many students focus on gate exam.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fees for first year is 75000 which is then reduced to 70000 from next year. Apart from that there is an extra charge of 7500 as exam fee which has to be submitted every year. State government Scholarship is provided to every student. Around 57000 for general and 53000 for OBC category student.
Campus Life
Their is an annual event known as shankhnaad which held for three days including various tech and cultural activities along with the dj and sufi night. They held every year in September or October. Their is a central library in college for books and journals. Their is a ground along with badminton and basketball court and there is an annual sport event also known as aaveg.
Admission
Students can take admission through jee mains in the college. The closing rank for cse this year is 1lakh20k you can fill the jee mains form through nta site and after that through aktu counselling you can apply for the college.
Faculty
College has proper faculty and every student can easily reach out to faculties at any time. There are two mid semester exams in a semester and after that end semesters are conducted. The level of difficulty is medium it's not too easy and not too tough and totally based on the syllabus. Almost every faculty helps student to reach their desired goal
Night Life
There is a very big market nearby known as kalyanpur and gurudev too. There are gyms and cafeteria nearby college. Outside the college there are various places to visit . It is totally safe and enjoyable to roam at night. You must have Maggi on banks of ganga at night.
