Course Curriculum Overview

4

1. There are good courses in each branch but there are few courses for 1 credits which student have to work alot and doesn't feel worth. 2. Courses and curriculums are really helpful . 3. At every even sem we have mini project which is really help for development.

Internships Opportunities

4

1. After 4th sem , students are statrted trying to get internship and from 6th sem it is compulsory to get an internship. 2. Majorly startups and service product based companies are approached. 3. Good projects and hackathons are really helpful.

Placement Experience

4

1. From 7th semester , students are eligible for the campus placement with good college records . 2. Various mass recruiters like Accenture , TCS , Wipro , Infosys , Capgemini recruited students in good number with low packages like 4-5LPA. 3. Mostly highest package is off campus. 4.On campus , highest package is 28LPA 5.For CS related branches and circuital branches , placement is good , most of the students got placed . 6. But for core branches , few are placed with good packages.

Fees and Financial Aid

1. The year wise fees you will be paying is 2,84,000 for Comed-K students. 2. This included all the fees like Tuition fees , caution fees , registration fees , skill development fees etc but in every odd semester, you have to pay exam fees (Rs. 5500). If you opt for hostel then hostel fees is charged around 1,50,000-2,12,000 according to hostel you chosen. 3. For K-cet student, it is lesser. The fees is around 1,07,000. For management student it is 5,00,000. 4. Fees for local students having karnataka domicile is around 90,000.

Campus Life

4

1. Two cultural fest : 1. Vibrations (Intra-college fest) happened in december every year . 2. Furore (Inter-college fest) happened in may or june every year. 2. Entreprenuership Event : E-summit happened every year in november or december in which lot of entreprenuership and fun events , great speaker session , panel discussion are organised. 3. Other events like Kannada Rajostava , Ethnic day etc are also happened. 4. Departmental events are also organised by respective departments. 5. Clubs are very competitive and good in their respective events .

Admission

1. I got this college from councelling of comed-k . This college is ranked 4th in Comed-k colleges list which is considered good. 2. Due to more number of students , there is a lot of competition . 3. I was preparing for JEE but somehow I didn't get any NITs or IIITs so I wrote comed-k and got a good rank .

Faculty

4

1. Most of the faculty are co-operative but many of the faculty are inapproachable . 2. Some are always rude and giving a arrogant and rube vibe when you are approaching. 3. Many faculties are co-operative and helping with the problems we are facing. 4. For some batches, the proctors they are assigned are not really helpful , only give orders and don't solutions for their problems. 5. Exams are easy, the study material suggested by faculty is enough to score 100/100. 6. So many exams , we have to give . Like total 3 internals , AAT , quiz , lab internals , lab externals , Sem end exams .

Night Life

4

1. In nights , 9 pm is closing time for mess, hostel , gym in campus. 2. Outside the campus , there are so many and varieties of shops available and also there is metro station nearby so connectivity is good. 3. The locality is safe to roam at night but everything is closed after 10.30pm. 4. Also hospitals and medicals are nearby.

Placement Experience:

lacements at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology Placements at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology are decent overall, with stronger outcomes for CS-related branches and moderate but reliable opportunities for core branches like Chemical Engineering. ???? Placement Eligibility Students generally become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester (final year). Some companies also allow pre-placement offers (PPOs) through internships after the 6th semester. ???? Companies Visiting the Campus ???? Common Recruiters (Across Branches) TCS Infosys Wipro Accenture Cognizant Capgemini IBM L&T Deloitte (limited roles) ???? Core / Chemical-Related Opportunities L&T Reliance (limited roles) Schneider Electric Saint-Gobain Some manufacturing, quality, and operations-based companies Core chemical companies visit in limited numbers, so many Chemical Engineering students also sit for IT, analytics, and operations roles. ???? Packages Offered (Approximate) ???? Salary Range Highest Package (overall): ~?40–50 LPA (off-campus / international offer, mostly CS) Highest for Core / Chemical roles: ~?8–10 LPA Average Package (overall): ?7–8 LPA Average for Chemical Engineering: ?4–6 LPA ???? Job Profiles Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Process / Quality Engineer Analyst / Consultant Software Engineer (for interested students) ???? Placement Percentage Overall placement rate: ~90–95% Chemical Engineering: ~60–70% Students with good CGPA, internships, and skills tend to get placed earlier and in better roles. ???? Employability & Skill Development The college provides: Placement training sessions Aptitude and soft-skill workshops Coding and interview preparation support However, students are expected to upskill on their own, especially for core industry roles or higher-paying profiles. ???? My Plans After Completing the Degree After completing my B.E. in Chemical Engineering, I plan to: Gain industry experience through campus placement or off-campus opportunities
