RGUKT follows a Great Curriculum based on Learning by Doing, Exam Structure is Every Sem Contains three mid exams for each subject for 15marks respectively best of two would be calculated at the end of Semester for 30marks, 10marks given by faculty for internal assignment & End semister exam contains 60marks which is completely descriptive. Grade point average would be given on scale of 10points.

Placements are Excellent for Circuit Branches, but for Core branches. it is Pathetic from last three academic years. For Computer Science , Electronics & Communication department they celebrate the placements, when it comes to core department they will watch the celebrations, core branches get hardly 2-3 companies which are local based small firms offers very less package.

RGUKT gives plenty of opportunities to the students to enhance their creative minds/skills by conducting nationlevel work shops, Seminars, Technical & Cultural fests, Sports Days, Entereprenure Summits. Here Education and Extra Curricular & Co curricular Activities are given equal importance.

Fee Structure is Feasible here , as the students intake is mostly from Rural Areas , the complete fee isexempted for Students whose parents income is Less than one lakh as they receive fee reimbursement from Government. Remaining ineligible students for fee reimbursement has to pay 36k for each year of P.U.C course and 40k for each year of Engineering

State Bank of India Branch is located in the campus itself, if anybody want education loan they can apply there. As most of the students receive Fee Reimbursement from Government little percent of the Students opt for Educational Loan.

Every Department Equipped with advanced machinery which are even not available in budding IITs, students are encouraged to do research and projects anytime. Very large play grounds with Football ground, Two basket ball court, Running Track and a Student Activity Centre for Indore games along with a movie theater inside.

As RGUKT first Batch went out in 2014 only Alumni people are striving to establish a good relationship among pursuing students and passed outs. University Has Alumni Association which helps the Students who need some help and conducts interactive sessions with Succeeded Alumnus.

RGUKT admission process is completely based on SSC merit, in the month of April/May it would call for online applications, pupil who are appeared for SSC exams can fill the form, & need to send the application forms along with required documents to University Authorities by post, as university offers only 1500 seats for an academic year, only Students who cleared Cutoff criteria based on their tenth merit will be shortlisted for counseling/document verification. If there is no problem in DV, they will confirm the admission to Six years integrated Course(Two years P.U.C+B.Tech)

RGUKT Faculty are top most faculty who are Completed their M.tech& Ph.Ds from IITs & IISc. They follow the pedagogy that they received in IITs, so here they are given the freedom to engage in curriculum development and administration positions and Student development Programs.
