Engineering College review

Course is totally based on CBSE curriculum . Most of the questions are from NCERT Book. Equal number of questions are their in physics , chemistry and mathematics. Any student from different states can give this exam. But his/her exam centre will b in West Bengal.

My college placement is only good for some specific departments like- CSE,IT ,CHE,BT ,FT . In these departments most of the students gets the job . But in remaining departments 20 to 30 percent students are able to get placed. No ,my college does not oriy internship.

There are several events organised in my college. Like Annual sports day, cultural fest, Technical fest, Rang milanti etc. Several workshops are also organised in equal intervals for the students . Even students Eagerly wait for this Kind of events.

Almost every college under wbjee has very feasible fees structure . 80,000rs per year is the tuition fees of my college. Even fees becomes half if any student tops in the department.12,000rs is the hostel charge excluding foodiny.

Students whose economical condition are bad can request to reduce the fees of the College.To avail this benefit the student need to show his father's yearly income . Even there is scholarship form for different state government .

Labs are well maintained. Every required instruments are available . In college campus there are several sports ground for the students. Even in hostels table tennis are their. College provides football to students for intra departmental tournament.

Hotel are very beautiful. Very spacious and clean. I will rate 8 out of 10 to the hostels of Haldia institute of technology. College campus is very large and beautiful. every year students have different hostels.

I got the admission in Haldia institute of technology by giving entrance exam of wbjee.even by giving JEE Mains students can come to this college. Specific rank is required to take admission in different departments of this college. According to the rank counselling happens and department is allotted.

Facilities are Highly qualified. Most of the faculty have done their post graduation from IIT and NIT. In every department their are PhD facilities . Few teachers are very helpful and never let us feel that they are our teachers. They behave like our friends and try to solve every problem of life.
