There are various internship programme which is held here, this helps to gain experiences of the outer world except the course . And those who are good at sports they can compete with inter college and get a valuable certificate which can be used for future .

The companies that offers internships over here are IIHM , ROCAELLIE CLAY ACADEMY, MARUTI SUZUKI and many more , internships are done under the respectives supervisor who guide their students to make their works systematic and easier to ensure that they gain some experience which may help to get that job .

I am from "The Bhawanipur Education Society College" which is under the University of Calcutta. I am currently doing my graduation on B.A english honours. Which costs Rs.25000/semester and the total course around 150000. There is no extra charges, all kinds of charge is included in the admission fee or semester fee. You can explore various internship programme here which helps to gain experiences outside from the course and it also helps in getting jobs . Besides all this our college is also very active at all the cultural programs . "Umang" is one of the well known college fest which is hosted by The Bhawanipur every year . Teachers are extremely supportive towards there students. And the college ensure their students a safe and secure environment .

The biggest fest here is "Umang" which is the most awaited fest for not only this college but also for the other colleges . It generally helds in end of December . There is a beautiful library with almost all types of books , if any book is not available the authority of library will bring it to there collection as soon as possible.

After my 12th result I applied to many colleges , I was selected almost by all the colleges . But my list contained many govt and private colleges . But I avoided the govt colleges for political disturbance and from the private colleges I choose this college because this college is out from any types of political influence and it delivers a safe and secured environment to their students . If any one wants to get their admission. The just need to fill up their online forms which is available in the official college website after that if they are selected then they will recieve a call from the college.

The teachers to student ratio is 1:50 . All over students and teacher shares a good bonding , all ok . I am from the English department and i personally liked smjit sir a lot due to his teaching method and friendly approach towards his students . There is only one exam i.e the semester exam which is taken by the University. And before that viva and cia's are taken by our college

There is no hostel in this college . Campus is on from the morning 6 '0' clock to night 8 pm . Library timing s is from 11am to 6 pm Some famous hangouts place is the sports arena . Canteen . And from the outside The house of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Forum mall , and Victoria memorial .
