GAVC kannur_ campus life

The college is under the supervision of ministry of ayush ,central government India..so they are updating the curriculum for better future of students.very few of the subjects are outdated.Other than that curriculum is good.

1 year internship with 23000 stipend is available.In every department of the hospital u will be posted for 1-2 months..so u will get enough exposure to patients. It improves ur clinical skills and communication skills.

I am availing e grants scholarship so I should not pay any fees.its automatically deducted from my scholarship amount. Tution fee is 16000/per year and hostel fee 3000/month Most of my batch mates are getting one or the other scholarship here . ie, grants,mcm scholarship etc

There are many clubs like sports,arts, yoga , music etc.every month atleast 5 days there will be some celebrations. celebrations are mostly during evening and night hours. so that lecture hours are not affected.Night party's are really awesome. that gives you nice memories.

In hostel room individual bed,study table,chair and almirah are available.thete will be 3 persons in each room..toilet is common for 10 rooms. Hostel is inside the campus .And is really affordable.There are regular cleaning staffs also

I applied to kottakkal and some other colleges..but this was my first option..so I got admission here Anyone who qualified NEET exam can apply for this college... admission is through allotment process..all india quota seats are also available

In some departments no. of faculties is less..teachers are really friendly and supportive to all activities .Some of the well known doctors of Kerala are working here.Dr vkv balakrishnan,Dr sreelatha, dr Gangadharan are some of them. Here yearly exams are there apart from internals.Only few will be having supplementary rest all pass with ease

Library is open only upto 5 pm. library is available in hostel which is open 24*7. Campus timing is 8am -4 pm. Movie nights are conducted every month. In campus there are no hangout place ...But there are many theatres,malls and restaurants etc in near by town Payyannur
