Course Curriculum Overview

The teaching methods are very good and every little bit things are expained in a very good manner . But the projects and the drawing works are bit difficult.Modern anatomy and ayurvedic anatomy both feels hard to study.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 13230 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The yerly fees is 13230.Apart fron this there is a PTA fund of 7000 rs in first year which makes me less uncomfortable otherwise all are good.There is scholarship for every student according to their category.

Campus Life

The campus have a very good college union and overall students are very good in arts.Besides studies the college manangement encourage students to participate in sports ,arts and other cultural programmes which make students feel stress free life

Hostel Facilities

I choose college hostel for mu stay.It makes me feel a little bit uncomfortable . Because the food tastes not much tasteir and the washroom facilities are rated only two star out of five.But the rest are good.

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

Admission

I choose this college because pf its infrastructure facilities and library.The library is very much good and it is easily referable.I got admission through neet examination and i scored 510 in neet exam

Faculty

The faculties are very much helpful for clearing the doubts.But some faculties are rough in behavior otherwise all are good.The classes are good and understandable.The sanskrit subject is bit difficult to understand.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Ayurveda is also very important part of medical field. It brings a lot of treatment aspects and life style betterment. There are practical significance of all the knowledge into life. Hospitals here is very much well equipped and doctors are skillful so it's very good platform for learning to treat the disease and at the same time learning for prevention of disease. Some of the portions should be re evaluate. They should not make shloka compulsory and eliminate some old theories which are not going to accept. Should combined with modern medicine and teach a hybrid model or Intregate course.

A bad college with good faculties

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course seems very intresting even though it gives some mental stress. In my opinion syllabus should be a little more oriented And exclude the importance of slogas since it is an unnecessary things to by heart

Complete Review of BAMS Course in Mannan Ayurveda college,Pandalam by a former student of 2019 batch

Course Curriculum Overview:

The latest course curriculum is good as they provide 20 MCQ in every 100 mark paper,so it had become much easy for students to pass the exam. The sloka is mandatory in exams which is a drawback that finds too much time consumption to students and the Sanskrit language is also very difficult. Each exams have 3hrs which is sufficient as only 80 marks questions need to be written reaming 20 marks are MCQ

Course Curriculum Overview:

I Chose this Course as it is Emerging more Effective in the past Few Years and I believe I could contribute more in this field. Moreover I was Interested in the Ancient Cultural form and the uniqueness of the Science of Ayurvedic Medicines and Treatment Methods. There are 14 Departments in the College including Both Clinical and Non Clinical aspects. Each Department Has about 6-7 Faculties Incuding HOD, Assistant and Associate Professors.At Present there are 5 batches of Students in the Undergraduate Course Excluding the House Surgeons. So about 360 Stuents total.There are about 200 Students in Various Post Graduate Course. The Faculties are appointed through Government Exams and Interviews and are Eligible after the BAMS degree and PG Qualification in respected departments with Experience of teaching. The method of teaching is very Systematic with periodic assessments. As per new NCISM rule term Exams are once in each 18 months and Can be passed through Systemic studying and activity.

I got admission in this college through entrance examination CEE conducted by Kerala government. After that merit list is prepared. To be eligible for this one should at least 50% in biology and 50% in all three, Physics, chemistry and biology together. And must have completed 17 years of age.
