Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is really good as it involves a lot of presentation and also interactive group sessions . I took this course as bcom acca is a professional course and also provides a good package due to rajagiri placement .
Placement Experience
Campus placements takes place in 3rd and 4th years , some of the companies are Tata ,Deloitte ,KPMG ,Infosys ,other government institutions etc . The highest package is around 12 to 15 lacks per anum . After completing this course I will try to get an intership as through this I will acquire a professional degree . The quantity of students being placed are average
Fees and Financial Aid
Each year has different fee first year is 215,000 . Second year is 205,000 and third is 225,700 and the fourth year is the same as 3rd year . Other batchmates has 10,000 yearly for BCA . There are scholarships like Google ,Tata and government scholarships too.
Campus Life
There are really good technical and annual festivals which are the full responsibility of students . The students decides the programs and cordinates it . Some major programs are Splendore and euphoria . Euphoria is an event organised by the computer size department and involves online games such as valorant . There are lot of sports activites such as athletics and football or cricket. Classes have AC and digital boards.
Admission
I only applied for rajagiri but my secondary option was kristu jayanti college in banglore . Even though It was cheaper there the quality of education was better in rajagiri than KJC. The admission process in rajagiri is simple , first step is to enroll into the desired program through their site and pay an amount and they will send you an email if you are eligible
Faculty
Faculty members are very helpfull and refreshing to talk to . There are mentorship programs for mentoring students . There are 2 internals and 1 semester exam in one semester . There are no fail or pass marks in internals but sem exam is considered a bit hard .
Night Life
There is an open gym in college and also an indoor gym which is free and also a paid gym above the first year hostel . There are 2 cafeterials one in the basement and the other in the rooftop . You should enter the classes at 9 am and classes finish at 4 pm . Hostel opens at 6 for both girls and boys and closes at 7 pm for girls and 8:30 pm for boys . There are hangout places such as amigos and darshana within the college
