Likes

Like i mentioned earlier I'm new to this college so I don't know much about it
We do have a peaceful atmosphere inside the campus
In BTech we don't have a nice boy to girl ratio. It's like 7:1

Dislikes

We don't have a proper sports ground to play.
Also there is just a single canteen and mess and we get similar kind of food everyday
Feels like too expensive for a college of national importance.

Course Curriculum Overview

We know that computer science have the most scope in this era. But as we consider maybe due to AI technologies it may get outdated. But we are pursuing cybersecurity which will be useful enough to fight against AI technologies.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Placement Experience

We actually searched about the placements before joining the college. But none of them have completed their degree. There is actually 4 batches before us so we don't know much about the placements. But professors said that we do have placements

Fees and Financial Aid

It's actually 67000 for the first 6 semesters and 90000 for the next 3 as it's a btech mtech integrated program it is completed in an interval of 5 years so we do actually have 10 semesters.And also the hostel fee is not included in it.i feel like it's kinda expensive for a national university.

Campus Life

It's actually a nice college. We do have many program's going on. There is events organising every week and we also have a library with all varieties of books so that we can refer to them often. I rate it a 4.5

Admission

I chose this college over other college is due to a single reason and that's because it's a university of national importance. Ofcourse I got other colleges in my state still I preferred this over that.

Faculty

Some Faculties are good and some are not that experienced. As I have only completed one semester I don't know much about other facilities. But ofcourse we have our freedom in the campus. We have four exams per semester including end sem.

Interview Experience

Yes we have to write a exam named NFAT in which we admission is taken on based of the merit rank and we can also get admission through jee mains rank from this year. I think the cutoff was above 95 percentile.we should be in science stream

Night Life

I don't know. I don't stay in college hostel so I don't know much about it. I think boys can't go outside the campus after 10 o clock(campus hostel boys) and 8 for girls i am not sure about it as I don't stay there

In our college, 100% students get placed every year. After 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Some students want to get into higher studies and some want to get off-campus placements. Many companies like google, motorola,crest comes to take interviews. Placement of my college is decent enough as per NITs. From 7 semester students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Micron, GE Healthcare, Visa, MasterCard and more visited and offer 6 to 7 candidates depending on requirement. Highest package is 57 LPA in CSE branch and 35 LPA in ECE branch. In CSE Placement percentage is 94% and in ECE it is 84%. I will go for College placements and will give government exams and GATE exam.

Placement Experience:

The placement in by branch are good enough in last year 2024 a student got package of nearly 42 lakh per year from computer branch. The average package in computer branch is nearly 10 to 12 LPA . Different companies visits our college to give placement to the students. The major companies ask about the students who have 8 + CGPA . Students become eligible from the 7th semester itself for campus placements. The collge gives perfect data of the student who are placed in different different companies.in year 2023 88% of the students were succcessufully placed in companies.Including all branches average package was of 7 LPA but for computer science students the average package was 10 to 12 LPA.In petrochemical branches the highest package was 24 LPA . and average package was nearly about 6.5LPA.The IT companies such as Google , Microsoft, Reliance , TATA visiits the college to give placement to the students of computer science.The total of 550 +students got the offer from various companies from all branches of btech and nearly 175 companies visited to the campus of the collegeAfter i get the degree the college pdeu i wil do the job for 2 to 3 years in some good companies after that my plan is to do startup means i want to start my buissness such as making an app , etc.. In PDEU the number of students getting placed are good enough even students getting good offcampus packages than oncampus becaus the student become capable of doing work or finding good work. There are some of the students not getting the jobs on campus they try offcampus and thy get the job.

Great experience in College Life

Many students don't get the opportunity as it only offers to those students who are good in there own field. Normally students become eligible for campus placements From 6th semester. I applied for RV institute of legal studies (Bangalore) for their course Bsc(hons) forensic science and criminology. I chose NFSU as it is a national college recognised by the government of India which assures me of better placements.
