The truth about Mait from a BTech-CSE student

1st year have all subjects including manufacturing process,applied maths,applied physics,applied chemistry, electrical science and college provide us a basic knowledge to engineering in our 1st year. Areas to improve Programming languages should also be introduced in 1st year for basic learning We have exam almost every month I think there should be some more time between them instead of 2 midsems there should be only one midsem

I paid 1,86,000 for my first year in mait and also 2.5k for registration in which around 90,000 tuition fees for the ip University during counseling and 96k to the college which includes tuition fees and other charges .The fees is same for all categories and scholarship is available for ews,sc,st Also there is no obc reservation in mait

There are tnp and technical fest during February- Month There is anugoonj the university fest in January There is jubilee event during October and some small events too There are many clubs in our college who do events every month Like csi,edc,khichdi,aayam,ieee The sports area is not that good only ip games and one sports event is done in out college

It was the best college with low fees in my respective jee rank I also got accepted in vit it, other ip clgs,dseu cse , Dtu pie but I choose this college because of low fees and I wanted to pursue computer science The admission process in my college is simple You have to give Jee Then you have to fill ipucet form And then sit for the online counselling Overall admission experience was quite average I faced many problems during my admission like Site crashing The college management was also quite average No Upi option during registration Many banks debit card were also not working including bob,axis bank

Faculty is really nice, they try to understand your concerns and provide a solution for it. They also teach nice than most colleges and also understand that you can't attend some class due to college events

There is a gym and 6-7 food stalls and 1 main cafeteria in our college There are some parks too near our college Rest is not that good location is not that good There are just a few cafes near our college nothing else
