Likes

The canteen food is affordable and good in taste
Not much strictness , the teachers are chill .
There are number of events conducted through out the year .

Dislikes

The college campus do not have AC , which is a major problem for summers .
Campus are is small if we take look at other colleges
Computers in computer lab are not much high end , atleast in the first year lab .

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is good and updated with the time with the latest demands from the industry . The syllabus is prepared by the university itself so all the things are centralised . The teaching can be more practical rather than theoritical assignments all the time .

Placement Experience

The placement is average in this college , companies like L&T , IBM , HCL , Infosys visited here . student get average package of 7-8 lpa . almost 70-80% students gets placed if we do not consider the once getting for higher education

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of the college is about 1.5 lakh per year , this fees includes admission fees and other liberary fees for the first year . by second year the fees is about 1.35 lakh . the fees for other categories is same , but the management students some times need to pay for extra things . There is no scholarship for students from college side .

Campus Life

Campus life is full of fun and enjoyment in first year with so many events from the start you enter the college for the first time , you get to introduced to each and every society and how they work . Cultural events like dandiya night . AC is not there in campus , and the computer are not up to the mark . Need for sports equipments and also GYM.

Admission

Other college in AKTU have outdated syllabus and this college is located in Delhi so the education value from delhi is higher . For this college I applied in GGSIPU counselling and got alloted a seat in this college according to my choice filling based on my JEE rank

Faculty

The faculty is good and well qualified , Faculty to student ratio is average . Faculty are pretty much chill with the students . Mr. kamal is good faculty , he is friendly and helpful . There are two exams is a semester , one is mid sem and other is end sem both of them are university based and are pretty much easy to crack .

Night Life

There is no hostel in the college so as such no night life , the locality is not pretty much safe for women in the night time . But the transport to the nearest metro station is available at the college gate so you can get directly to the metro station at the night just after leaving the college.People mostly hangout in CP which is near college .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say the course curriculum at DTU is quite relevant and comprehensive. The reason I chose this course was the mix of strong fundamentals in the first year—like Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Programming—followed by department-specific core and elective courses that allow some flexibility and specialization. The curriculum gives a solid foundation for both real-world applications and further studies, especially through hands-on projects and lab work. That said, some areas could be improved, like including more industry exposure, internships, and practical case studies to bridge theory and real-world problems. Exams happen twice a semester (mid-terms and end-terms) and include assignments and projects as part of evaluation. While most exams are manageable if you keep up with the coursework, a few subjects can be challenging, and preparation is key to avoid surprises.

NIT Delhi: A Balanced Blend of Academics, Opportunities, and Campus Life

Placement Experience:

The annual placements at NIT Delhi are consistently getting better year by year where the top branches such as CSE, ECE, and IT are leading the way with their strong placement rates. Many students get hired at very attractive salaries by well-established companies like TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Microsoft, and Amazon. For example, the CTC of the best offers have reached as high as ?15–20 LPA in some instances. The Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical branches also contribute to the university’s overall placement record to some extent. Those students usually boost the available opportunities for themselves by taking up internships and off-campus offers. Moreover, the students who fail to get a job on the campus can still benefit out of the college atmosphere where the strong basics of coding, projects, and practical skills are taught which makes the students quite employable at startups, off-campus, or even when going for higher studies like M.Tech/GATE/abroad. Great Placements but Campus needs improvements

Placement Experience:

After 3rd year students become eligible for campus placements. Almost 90% students gets placed. The top companies are Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Google and Adobe. The highest package is 53 lacks and the average package is 20 lacs. I plan to become a software engineer after i complete my course or study further.

A decent college

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. Students get hired, obviously, and they get a decent package. Highest package from our college is 52 LPA. Average package is 7-8 LPA. Highest package off campus is 1.2 Cr. Per annum.

Walking you through ADGIPS

I applied to IPU counselling through JEE mains. I didn't have many options but I was getting HMR university, Echleon institute of technology, Guru teg Bahadur 4th centenary college, etc. I chose this college because among other IP colleges it has a better placement ratio and good environment and crowd. I wanted colleges like Maharaja agrasen institute of technology, maharaja surajmal institute of technology, bhartiya vidhyapeeth which comes on top of IPU rank list but due to my JEE rank was not able to get it but I'm still content with what I have. To get into my college u need to have a JEE rank around 4L for Tech branches and 6-7 L for other branches like Ece, Me etc. Admission experience was fine IPU delays the process alot but it was still manageable so overall fine...Read More

An okay choice if you want a GGSIPU govt. degree

I honestly didn't want to go to a private college , that was never my first choice even my last choice also but with my jee mains rank that was around one lakh ninety thousand I couldn't get any of the nits or some government college.The reason I chose this college because this college is affiliated to GGSIPU (guru gobind singh indraprastha university), so the degree is a government recognized one which can be valuable in the future.This was one of the main factor for me in the finalizing this college. The admission process was simple here, they accept the jee main score as eligibilty and the candidate need to go through the IPU counselling.I picked this college as it gave me the assurance of govt. university degree without a burden of extreme fee burden and also it is a god college to continue my studies....Read More
