Course Curriculum Overview

The course is apt and relevant and teaches well about the practical aspect of perusing biotechnology and will help in the industry level during jobs. It is interesting as well as we continue through the course.

Class Size: 1Course Fees: INR 180000 per year

Placement Experience

There are placements for other courses but for my course there is no placement as after bsc it is not ideal to find a job in the field of biotechnology. We can get placements after msc or after phd. Hence neither do we get placements nor do i want placements at this point

Fees and Financial Aid

65000 a year and extra charges for examinations of 3000 per semester. Did not enter under scholarship hence do not know. Lab breakage fees if 200 per semester and hence around 71200 every year thereby making it 213600 for the entire course.

Campus Life

The clg hosts a lot of festivals and arrange different activities that we can participate in and also have film stars or musicians over to our place for a show. Sonu Sood and Shilpa Rao have both come to our college and Shilpa Rao had performed.

Admission

My course was best in Reva throughout Bangalore and is not available in many colleges. Teva had great infrastructure and was affordable for me hence i chose Reva university for my course. But want to check for opportunities outside Bangalore after bsc

Faculty

Some of the faculties are very helpful and approachable but on the other hand sone faculties just explain their part n leave no scope for any interaction with the students. Exams have 2 internals IA1 and IA2 and then the sem end exams.

Night Life

There is not much night life in the college but the pg street is lit up till 12 ir 1 in the night where a lot of students hangout and have a nice time eating and gaming and lot if other activities.nightlife inside college is peaceful and nice to go out on a walk for

A true guide to Scaler school of Technology

Placement Experience:

The college is new so there is no placement report of the 4th year batch. but the placement report of the scaler academy has an average of 26 LPA. the internship report of the second year batch is pretty impressive with 96% students did atleast one internship with an average of 30k per month without any tech background before coming to the college.

An unbiased review by a student of SST who focus on Skills.

Placement Experience:

SST is a new enginrering college that started its first batch in 2023. Since the first batch is still studying, final job placements have not happened yet. However, students in the second year (1st batch) have done really well when it comes to internship opportunities. From this batch, 96.3% students around 158 total got internships at well known companies in India and Abroad. The highest stipend offered was around 2 lac per month, and the average is 31363 per month. Students got internships offers from big companies like Swiggy, Zomato, Apple Developer Academy, etc.

My experience with Scaler School of Technology - A brief review

Placement Experience:

First of all, there isn't a passed out batch yet(as of 2025). The first batch enrolled in 2023 and they are currently in internship period as they've planned. Placement will be offered at the end of 4th year. Although for internships, around 50+ companies visited and 96% of students got internships. The average stipend was 30,000 INR and the highest stipend was 200,000 INR (non-domestic). My plans after getting the degree are to gain some experience and go for a masters in business if possible.

The best part of Scaler School of Technology is its course and curriculum. The subjects we learn are very useful and match what tech companies are looking for today. Unlike other colleges, we don’t study topics like physics or chemistry that aren’t needed for computer science. Instead, we learn about things like blockchain, cybersecurity, machine learning, mechatronics, and more. This helps us keep up with the latest technology. Even though the schedule can be a bit busy, it’s worth it because we learn a lot. We always bring our laptops to class, which makes learning more practical . The curriculum and teaching style are already well-planned, and if anything needs to change, they fix it quickly . We have mid-term exams every 1.5 month and final exams every 3 months, which helps us stay on track.

Experience at SST

Placement Experience:

At present, we have only 2 batches - 2nd yrs and 1st yrs. So, there are no placement records but at present, 2nd yrs are doing internships. And 96 percent of them got internships. The highest stipend is Rs 2,00,000 and top recruiting companies are apple, swiggy, zomato, etc.

A practical tech first experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

the curriculum is prepared for us, it does not feel like we are ready yet (im in first year) we need need a tad more time and depth in areas like DSA for interviews. the exam frequency is high, timings feel rushed into, specially with how difficult the exam is. more exams are application and concept-based, they are designed to test your 100% knowledge of the subject being taught.

I did not personally apply to other unis because there are not a lot of other unis which provide similar course handled by subject matter experts. admission process is pretty stright, give exams such as cet for karnataka students or comedk get a rank from respective boards and apply through the kea process and get a allotment for college, according to your rank, for reservation students cutoff is kind of high for the third round of around 1 lac ranking for courses such as mechanical, cilvil etc...Read More
