Course Curriculum Overview
if I am being honest, I chose this course because of my brother he is in this industry and doing very well, but I did not know that to pursue your career in this field. You really need passion for this industry which I like, and currently, I am suffering because I do not want to do this anymore, and I am thinking about leaving it, but for students who are really interested in this field, the curriculum is very nice. It focuses on practical as well as theoretical knowledge. The training provided by teachers is very nice.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees was three lakh and 50,000. I paid 53,000 for my first semester and I have taken loan from Punjab national Bank and I have not applied for any scholarship. My tuition fees was 50,000 registration fees was 20,000. there was no lab fees and I don't know anything about my bachmates
Campus Life
The campus is really nice. Teachers try their best to involve their students with all kinds of events. and extra curricular activities, students run social groups like yoga group, horticulture group, and many more the library is with all kinds of books and journals
Admission
I choose this college because the location is very nice because in cities like Goa, the tourism is very high, which helps the student to learn about the tourism industry. Even more. They get exposure to all kinds of things and also my rank was 953. So I could not have gotten an admission in the Delhi University. That's why I chose this. It is calm and peaceful here with no rush.
Faculty
I don't know the ratio, but the teacher of food production in the first year is very strict and sometimes abusive. He is hated by all the students. He does not care about the hard work we do and on the other side. The teacher of front office is very polite, very supportive and understanding there are six exams and I think only 5 to 10% of students will fail in the exam.
Night Life
Some of my favourite hangout spots is the beaches in Goa. Because as you know it is famous for its beaches and some bar cafes are also nice places. There is a park behind the college, which can also be a place for students to hangout and ease their mind.
