My views about my college

I chose this college because of the wast industrial exposure in Goa besides the college giving us opportunities to work in a hotel to make us prepared for the future jobs . And the exam timings are 3 hours for each giving us the appropriate time for our exams . And the difficulty level of leaving 2-3 subjects all are moderate

I have done my internship from ITC marath munbai which was given to us by college on our choice of hotels We had to do all four departments in training one month each . Our task were to make the guest happy and making him leave a good review for our hotel

Our college offers a Decent amount of placement. All the students get equal amount of placements . Students become eligible when they start their 5 th semister for placements the visited us were taj , ITC and many more

The total fees of the year is 1,05,000 . That will be divided into all the different types such as tution fees - 45,000 admission fees 20,000 . I don't know much about the reservation candidates fees . As a financial aid our college provides outdoor catering to students they send them to 5 star properties for 9 hour shift and they pay them for that

My campus life was good as the college organises many events every year such as theme lunches, high teas and some for the students too . Our Libra also has many books and magazines to read and a silent environment so the person can read in a quiet and peaceful place

At first year I was staying in hostel the hostel facilies were good . Breakfast , lunch , evening tea and dinner were provided to us in the hostel mess itself . Now I'm staying in a pg with my friends .

I choose ihm goa because that it is a tourist place . So more tourist the more exposure we get to the hotel industry as our course is for the same . And speaking of ihm goa i personally thought that it would be a better opportunity to come and study in this institution for better future

The faculty - to - students relationship is very good and they have a very supportive nature guiding their students to the right path . Speaking of exams and marking schemes. We have 6 semister each consisting of two exams one is mid terms and end terms . Mid terms only has theory and end terms has both theory and practical exams and the marking schemes are same for all so this makes it fair for everyone to pass the exams

Mostly at night we don't wander around college we go out with our frinds and hang out . Mostly beaches and hitting clubs . And hostel timing were limited like the gates used to shut at 8:00 in the evening
