What Students Say

Likes

The quality of the education was so good , good faculty are available
Extra currently activities are done and so many events will be going on
Good library and cleaned washroom are available

Dislikes

Auditorium is not so big there is Auditorium only around 100 to 200 can fit
Campus was small compare to main campus Msrit
And there is not which i dont like all other things were good

Course Curriculum Overview

We actually have 2 internal and 1 semester exam the timings for internal exam is 1 hour for 25 marks and i dont know about semester exam even i joined this year to this college i dont feel so difficultly in internals

Internships Opportunities

They provide very good internship opportunity they are trying to give some internship options for future from first year itsself there are sending so many internships link to our group which helps us during our placements

Placement Experience

I guess than from 6th or 7th semister So many companies visited our college like amazon google and many more the highest package was 52 lakhs and average pack was 6to 8 lakh almost half of the students get placed

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees was 1 lakh 27 thousand 495 rupees per year and sc and st students have only 750 rupees our fees includes everything except hostel fees like admission fees lab fees everything some people even get scholarship

Campus Life

The number of festivals depend on the month but they make the best programs there will be atleast 3 to 4 events in the month and extracurricular activities will be mind blowing including sports there are so many clubs like dramatic club dance club

Admission

I dont applied for any other colleges other than this i was dreamt to study in this college actually in main campus because my score was less than what i expect i want to go for 2nd campus even i am proud to be here the placements internships are so good in this college

Faculty

All the faculty members are actually so good most of them are doctorated there is no complaints about any faculty's all are so friendly and give us the best amd want we actually need for our future and present

Night Life

Gym will close at almost 7 And the hostel timings will be last at 9 30 pm Cafeteria will close at 9 o clock library will close at 6 or 6 30 the best place to hangout is student activity cemtre and garden canteen

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum has the necessary subjects of the branch...It is constantly updated every year to adhere to relevancy and comphrehensiveness of the course..My department of AIML teaches us the necessary computer subjects such as Nature Inspired computing, Deep learning etc and also the Maths and Stats whch is required for machine learning is though too ( Like Maths for machine learn and statistical modellign, inferential statistics, time series analysis etc)..These subjects also have lab components which help us prepare for real-world applications. But some of the older subjects on the other hand which might be core computer science or in first year..common subjects like CAED and others are not required and outdated. The frequency and timings of exams is moderate..neither good nor bad

My Real Experience as a First Year DSAI Student at IIIT Dharwad

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th sem. The highest on campus package this year was around 64 LPA, while as far as I know, the top 20% of the students usually get offers in the 16-24LPA range. The overall placement rate is good, but results depend a lot on your skills and practice

Though i needed cse with cybersecurity but i didnt get it so i went with Robotics and ai. In first year they have many subjects of all course which are basic and fundamentals of all branches Some are good in real world application They should add more practical stuff then theories We have 1 to 1½ month gap betwen internals and some 10 days gap between 2nd internal and sem difficult level varies every year

I applied to many colleges in the banglore and I choose this college because the placement is good here and I hear from many relatives and it's on second number in the banglore and I got in this so I choose this college and I applied in other colleges also but the placement was not that much good and I saw reviews on online so I research and I get in Rahmiah college and I get in this college and I even get rejection in other colleges likes pes because I get low rank.
