Adgips college - average , affordable...

Curriculum here is obviously old... No practical knowledge is provided only theortical stuffs which i don't like... There should be real life application project in our curriculum which will be helpful for future ... Exams are frequent enough and difficultly level is medium but again i don't feel learning these theories rather doings projects

Though I m first year student I don't know much about it .. but some talking with seniors they said that companies were mostly Indians like, tech Mahindra, TCS , Paytm,jio , and so on they give interns of 10k per month ... Project I don't know .. but yh project help u very much in placement

Students eligible for interns after 3rd year PPO also.. there are campus placement but package not so good on campus there are some students who got 40 lakh and something but was off campus... Companies visited was google, amazon, tech Mahindra, Paytm , jio ,TCS etc.. highest was 40 lakh (off campus), avg package - 4 lakh, lowest - 1.5 lakh.. 80% students gets placed in placement drive but with less salary, I will give interview with big companies after acquiring great skill in my domain

I paid 1.5 lakhs for first year and will be same for rest of years making it total of 6 lakhs for total course fees ... But ggsipu University can increase it but that is kinda rare... Next is tution fees-116000, University fees-20000, security fees-10000,student activity fees-1000,alumni contribution fund(one time)-2000, almost total 1.5 lakhs ... Fees of my batchmate is same as me And yeah management quota students ... Some give 3 lakh for admission only some 4,5 lakhs

There is one annual festival in my college named utkarsh in march... There are not many fests here in my college ... There is only one library central library... There are many book course related,novels , journals and more almost everything needed... Tech class rooms like cse lab not so modern ... Sports activities and stuff is not so good also below average... There are many social clubs, groups , and societies in my college for students interaction

I applied for Chandigarh University and i gave scholarship exam too there i got 30% scholarship and then total fees after scholarship is 8-9 lakhs for cse ... I didn't took it cuz they say that students there take stuffs like drugs(I'm not saying this just my Intel from my research online) so kinda danger to me cuz i want to make my life not destroy it and took this college adgips cuz first its ip University college i will get ip degree after course completion and fees i found very affordable if compared to private colleges ... Admission process is simple everything given in website just keep checking ggsipu main website before 1 month of admission open in ip university basically it opens around may or June ... Only jee score accepted for btech course.... Mangament quota here is 10% ... Some students came here for 3,4,5 lakhs too in my class... Most preferred course is obviously cse ... Cutoff for ai ML this year 2024 went skyrocket basically every ggsipu college cutoff went up ... Like AI ML last round cutoff was kinda 4.5 lakh cse was ig 3lakh... Overall admission experience was good

Faculty are good.. like if i call teacher work hours they accept it helps me accordingly my branch is AI ML so teacher here in 1st semester is okay in terms of help like some are good and some not helpful... I didn't like electrical science faculty cuz i find electrical science sir strict and unresponsive... Like i have to give 5 exams electrical science, chemistry, physics,maths, manufacturing process for semester theory exam, for practical exam- electrical science, chemistry, physics and engineering graphics..and very less students almost no one fails here ... Kinda easy to chest in internal exams and practicals

No gym.. only one cafeteria I drank cold coffee one day and was worst cold coffee of my life price was 80 I thrown it after drinking half... There is separate canteen where we can get chips biscuits chocolate cold drinks ice creams .. and snacks like spring roll, chole bhature, dosa... Etc .. common things.. taste is avg ... Campus timings is 7am -6 pm .. locality is not good of college so outside college no hangout.. inside also u can just roam around 9 acre college
