I choose this course because i want to open a in a software based company so i decided to choose this course . I mostly prefer self study . So always take advice from seniors what to study that is related to present industry demands . Because in our college, some topics in our course curriculam are not realted to real -world applications . So I want to improve the curriculam . As we have 2 or 3 st's and 1 final exam and some times fa's so exams are conducted almost once in month .

Interships are provides from 5th semester with average stipend of 25000. Many big companies also provided intership for about 2 to 3 months with a stipend of more than 50000. Also college provides intership in abroad like taiwan , australia .

Placements are about 85%. Students are eligible from 6th semester . But sometimes in 5th semester some students got intership from big companies like microsoft , google . Highest package till is 450000 and average package is about 800000. Companies comes till 8th semester . If i get the job then i will do it and try to fulfill my dream of opening a software based company .

Yearly Fee structure is 170000. which includes all tuition fees, caution fees,registration fees , admission fees and other fees . There is our chalkpad pro app and website which have all the details and all the information , results comes on the app and the website. They also take 5000 security fees. But they increase the fees for this 2024 batch which is approx 1,20,000. There is admission available in sports quota. And there is also brother concession of 1000 Rs.

There are many clubs in our universities which conducts many technical festivals like hackathons and some fun events .Almost every week there is one technical or fun events. Almost every kind of book is available in the library . And our Chancelor Own Written books are also available. We have a sporitorium in our college which have many indoor games like fooseball , table tennis , chess ,carrom and many outdoor games like basketball , badminton , football, volley ball.

Hostel Facilities includes A.c rooms , attached bathrooms , mirror , almirah , table -chair etc. all are included . Every day rooms get cleaned . Meal quality is good and we have time table of our mess which changes every 3 monts . Registration can be done using online website uhostel . If you want to rent a room or pg , you can go to jansla , rajpura or banur , zirakpur . Main cons is no discipline at night . Students shout at night loudly and no guard take the responsibily to manage this .

I tried in AKG College , Ghaziabad and Thapar College , Patiala . But i choose this college because i didn't get computer science in these colleges . Also their fees are very high than our chitkara university . Moreover chitkara have good name in placements and infrastructure is far better than other colleges . we have a big canteen square one which have almost every type of food . Our college mostly consider JEE exams for admission . Also they book on the basis of slots divided on the basis of marks .

The faculy- to - student ratio is ok . As we now students in colleges prefer self - stude. Teachers are also meant to solve doubts . And in our college teachers and trainers are always ready to clear our doubts . We can go to them anytime when they are free. The faculity i like the most is Mahesh sir because they are very very good in Data Structures which is the main subjects in our stream . And sir teaches it in a best way . The faculity i didn't like is Ashwin sir because one of the reason is Attendance and second sir's old way of teaching . There are 3 or 2 st's and 1 end term . There are also 2-3 fa's of some subjects . All are of moderate level . And almost 80% students clear it . But some questions in exams are not related to course curriculum .

The night Life is very beautiful. There is lighting everywhere in the university and a light music plays at night . Moreover The Cantene looks very beautiful like a big restaurant. Library is opened till 11:00 pm . Hostels and campus timings are till 12:00 pm. Main places to visit at night is square one , sporitorium and grounds .
