College you must try

I have completed my 12th from Commerce stream and from the starting itself I was sure that I want to pursue Bcom from DU. We do have some teachers who used to give some real life experiences related to our course only

We do have some companies for internships as well like some social work companies was there but there was not any stipend in that Their aim was to increase the knowledge and the cultural environment for the students

From second year itself students are eligible for campus placement some of the companies that visited our college was EY, Zomato, Ferns and Petals, and many more. Highest package was approx 8lpa in dala analysis I guess 80% of the students got placed

I have paid 14000 fees which includes tuition fees, caution fees, admission fees, development fees, lab fees and all the other compulsory chageres but our registration fees for DU was 300 for OBC and 500 for general category so I have paid 300 as I come under that category and 100 was for SC and ST and most of my batchmates have paid 15000 fees for the whole year and there was no scholarship criteria in our college

We do have a annual cultural fest organised by our cultural society I was held once in a year in February or March We have access to all the books and magazines in the library We do have some sports activities in our college like basketball, cricket, volleyball, etc It was really an honor to be a part of cultural groups as we get to enhance our communication skills as well

I was in DU so our registration fees is for all the colleges we can get admission in any of the college depending upon our percentage so I choose this college as it was near my house as well so it was easy for me to travel on regular basis. No I didn't get any rejection from other college. The admission procedure in our college was like we just need to clear the percentage criteria and after that need to pay the first year fees

The ratio of faculty to student is I guess 30:100 which is fine I guess and the relationship between students and teachers was very approachable as teachers used to clear our doubts as well. We do have some internal exams as well they were easy for those who have attended the classes for sure and most of the students cleared them as well and I guess hardly 5% of the students failed in those exams

Our college canteen closes around 4pm and same goes with the gym and library Our campus timings was 8am to 4pm Famous hangout places in our college was it's canteen obviously and secondly shor ground.
