The path ahead

I have chosen to persue BTech computer science and engineering in dayanand Sagar University and I have chosen this course as I wanted to persue computer science further in my career.i follows the standard Karnataka board defined outline of the course offered and credits allocated.but there are options for the students to choose from a college offered or outside course.the exams are conducted frequently asked soon as a module gets completed and I would suggest to improve the real life applicability of some of the courses and ro offer upcoming courses.

Leading companies like bosch, Accenture and IBM have visited our campus during the year 2024,the highest and average offered by the university is 50 LPA and 15LPA.wipro ,DXC,and Intership at biocon and upgrade are also offered.

Students in 5th and 6th are eligible for campus placements if they complete the skills enhancement course offered from the college.But students also have the choice to persue higher education in masters.our college also offers campus exchange program with other universities abroad. Though our university offers placements the packages range from 700000 to 100000/-.and big companies like dell and Google do not come to our college for campus requirement. About 60%of the students are offered jobs after their degree.

I have joined dayanand Sagar University through appearing for the CET examination conducted by the Karnataka board.So I have to pay a yearly fees of 1,25,000/-.But the management seat have to pay a yearly fees of 300000 per year.Since it is a newer campus,the next freshers have to pay more through the management seat and they have to pay a yearly fees of 325000/-.The Dayanand Sagar University gives scholarship by the DSAT examination conducted yearly.

Our university conducts a lot of feats and also educational events are conducted quite regularly.this events are all conducted and organised by the students council. Our college also offers sports competitions intra and inter where all the students can complete.our college also have lecture halls which can seat 300 people and it has ac.our college also have computer labs with paid softwares. Our college has conducted intra , taranta.our college also has a library with all the course textbooks and educational materials we also have a digital library where all the digital books are stored. We also have a dance group, photo club drama club singing club.

I applied to pes university Bengaluru,rv University, Bengaluru University.i choose this university because I got a government seat in this college through the CET examination.i also didn't choose other universities as I didn't get the required score to get a government seat.students can join our university by either management seat or government seat . eligibility includes a passing grade in both 10th and 12th.i also had glowing recommendation from my friends to join this university. I also didn't join others as they were quite far from my home and there were teaching and management issues in a few of them also the fees were quite high as compared.

The facilities of dayanand Sagar University are very diverse in nature,while a few are incredibly in teaching and explain the topics with proper examples while a few are more outdated in their methods of teaching and need to improve.we have 2mid sem exams that are conducted throughout the entire semester and the average of those two exams are considered for your final cgpa.along with these two there is also an additional mse conducted for the students that have failed to secure a passing marks.the final exam is evaluated out of 60 and the average of the two mses are added together to make ur final cgpa.the exams are challenging and the marks distribution depends on the faculty.

Our university hostel have a game room,gym,and a common room where all the students can hang around with each other . Hostel students have to be back in there buildings by 9:00 pm which is ensured by the wardens. We have a few local cafes around where we go whenever we don't have classes. And it is quite safe to walk around at night. We also have spotlights around the campus.
