Course Curriculum Overview
curiculum was changed from this year . they included subjects like biology for engineers, environmental science etc. which is not very good other than this 1st year itself they try to give us industrial exposure
Internships Opportunities
last year was a little dry but this years placements are going to be best Microsoft google and all high CTC companies visit MANIT . circuital branches like electrical are also allowed in most of the companies
Placement Experience
placement od MANIT are exceptional . with a median package of 13lpa (by NIRF data), it is among top colleges in terms of placement , even beating some of the IITs everyone who wants to get placed , get placed easily
Fees and Financial Aid
total fees one pays if he is from general category is about 1.5 lakhs per year if your income is less than 5 lakhs then it comes down to 85k per year if you are from madhya pradesh I would recommend u to go for MMVY scholarship ... also many merit scholarships are provided
Campus Life
MANIT host technical and cultural fest every need is fulfilled inside campus itself , and also it is in middle of the city that makes all other things very accessible ragging is not their , but interaction can be harsh for few
Hostel Facilities
hostels are a little old , so not world class facility but enough that you can happily survive LAN cable speed is a decent 100mbps download and 500mbps upload food is also okish , its is a cooperative mess (run by students themselves)
Admission
MANIT is a type of college that teaches you discipline. and its placements are proof of that 650 acres of lush green campus in middle of the city is amazing bikes are somewhat allowed is college , even though it is banned
Faculty
faculty are very highly qualified but they not really pay much attention to us. you will have to put extra efforts to ask your doubts. then also u will be studying from youtube few hours before exam .
Night Life
nightlife is amazing but after 1st year .. 1st year students are put in jail like situation from 2nd year , you get complete freedom to roam in out of campus with no timing , official timing is 10pm but it is not much followed
