Course Curriculum Overview

Research work here is very neatly Handled...so many new things to learn...Exams held are definitely difficult but they prepare us well. We can definitely achieve success after coming from this institute..many opportunities are available for research work, Academic.

Class Size: 86Course Fees: INR 27000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Post graduation and PhD studies for all the subjects of Ayurveda are available. Many courses in naturopathy and Yoga, Swasthvriita for foreigners are also available. Undergraduation i.e. BAMS course also available

Fees and Financial Aid

Course duration - 3yrs Fees -27k/ year Stipend - 58k-70k..(as increasing every 6 monthly) Hostel fees - 1500/- per month Stipend is same for all the departments and for scholars from all the categories. Admissions are through AIAPGET exam. There are many courses available here for foreigners...hostel for foreigners also provided....

Campus Life

Sports,music clubs many cultural events are held in the institute...thats makes the students relaxed..and to show their talent..Navaratri marks a another level of programme...even foreigners get involved in all the functions during navaratri....

Hostel Facilities

In very less fees,we get hostel.1500/month. Single room per person .5 mess are available in the campus... South Indian, Gujarati,Marathi, Rajasthani,North Indian.but after all it's gujarat..all food mostly tastes like Gujarati food from all the mess

Your Rank matters for the admission in this institute...There is no major difference in non-clinical and clinical branches... almost every branch have OPD and have so many patients everyday...that makes this institute extraordinary from others...

Faculty

Faculties are very good..easily approachable and very helpful for the all kinds of work, research work... faculties from the Rasashastra department are the best ..Very knowledgeable and helpful . Even PhD courses also available .

Night Life

Library time is 8am -8pm . Hostel time till 10pm except the night duties.... cafeterias, restaurants are available near the college. Security guards are there so area is very safe. But there are so many dogs in the campus...just that thing makes it dangerous sometimes and fearful

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose MD Pharmacology as I wanted to go into academics. I was interested in teaching medical students. The faculty-student ratio was 5:2. All the faculty were well-qualified and knowledgeable. Seminars and journal clubs were arranged regularly. Teachers were always there to help us with our studies and thesis. The work culture was very good. Exams were held yearly and small assignments in between. Exams were easy to pass if students had studied sincerely.

On pg, there are 4 seats as of now and faculties are more (20). The teaching method is the same old method of lectures. Most of the time you have to read and educate yourself.
