Remarks

The admission process was online based on NEET PG marks clinical branches need more marks (600+) and non and para clinical branches need comparatively fewer marks. There are many rounds of online counseling due to Covid. You have to choose your seat wisely according to the marks you obtained and the branch you need. There are many government seats, semi-government seats, and private seats which all are filled up based on the NEET PG marks.

I feel my interest in physiology since 1st year of M.B.B.S. that's why it was easier to me at the same time interesting for me to study. I also like to teach students also. On pg, there are 4 seats as of now and faculties are more (20). The teaching method is the same old method of lectures. Most of the time you have to read and educate yourself.

Internships Opportunities

In medical college, there's paid internship for undergraduate students which has salary of 15000 per month. In an internship, students have to attend various departments and have to gain exposure to various fields to gain basic knowledge about each subject, doctor-patient relationship, and communication-like ability.

Fees and Financial Aid

Course fee increased little to 30000. In the postgraduate course, you get stopped at 83800 in 1st year which is an increase in upcoming years. Pg course is like learning with teaching kind of job. We have to take practicals, exams, and other activities too.

Campus Life

Here we celebrate many festivals in which all faculties take part and enjoy. On the other hand, students also celebrate various days during the year. The library is very spacious and facilitated and having any kinds of course-related books. The classrooms are auditoriums for 250 students and having equipped with mic speakers and air conditioning facilities.

I chose MD Pharmacology as I wanted to go into academics. I was interested in teaching medical students. The faculty-student ratio was 5:2. All the faculty were well-qualified and knowledgeable. Seminars and journal clubs were arranged regularly. Teachers were always there to help us with our studies and thesis. The work culture was very good. Exams were held yearly and small assignments in between. Exams were easy to pass if students had studied sincerely.

I chose this college because it was my father's dream college for me and it is nearer to my house. This is not the main reason.
