Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda - Great opportunity for PG

Course curriculum includes regular faculty lectures with hands on practical experience and OPD IPD management .It is really important for a good physician to be good at everything .Teaching methodology in my department is also very great with weekly seminars , institutional seminar providing experience of teaching and conveying your research work to others.Exams are also conducted in appropriate manner with utmost care and in healthy environment.Nonmajor areas for improvement in course curriculum were observed

I am 3rd year MD Scholar of the college. Annual fees vary every year but this year fees were 24000/-.Among then library fees are upto 3000/- exam fees upto 3000/- and thesis submission fees upto 3000/-.My post graduation college is ITRA Jamnagar which is an institute of national importance with very attractive campus...Hostel fees are 1500/- per month. Scholarships for thesis like PG star can be applied from our college for thesis projects...various ayurveda practice avenues can be explored....No specific scholarships are provided by institute.

Overall campus life was very nice ...Being in a state of Gujarat, cheerful and healthy environment was observed...everyone was cooperative throughout the journey including academic sections, my teachers, colleagues, seniors and juniors.In classrooms , digital dashboards with AC provide healthy environment and faster grasping opportunity.E Experienced staff is present to improvise our skills and correct us in every single mistakes.we have operational samhita reading club research clubs which provide opportunities of discussion among students.J gate subscription is provided by institute which is important to access research papers and improve research work.

Room has 1 large cupboard enough to accomodate all your luggage , 1 table chair for studying rack for keeping books , balcony and hanging ropes to dry clothes..common washroom with average cleaning are present.Registration can be done during admission only.single room for single student is there.1500 per month is rent which is quite value for money. 4 types of mess with variety of foods are present which are but costly but food quality is very nice.Maharashtrian mess food is highly appreciated due to fresh food , variety of menus and tatse.Thankx to our masi which have helped us a lot in covid time.

AIAPGET entrance should be given after BAMS degree for admission in this college.I was AIR -08 in my postgraduate entrance and hence I choose ITRA institute of national importance over any other institute.There is strong importance of passing through this institute which will provide strong identity to me in academic and research career as well as clinical career.

Excellent faculty to student ratio is observed with very supportive and experienced teachers.My guide Dr.Mandip Goyal ma'am are mine favourite as she is having best clinical expertise as well as huge research expertise which is invaluable.Total 2 exams are being conducted for 3 academic PG years for first year and final year.Course curriculum differs according to speciality but it is highly relevant considering my speciality i.e.MD Kayachikitsa.

Nightlife is quite like a town but jamnagar is very safe in its own .Various cafes are there famous ones including cafe tea , lapinopizza , Pizza Hut ,hotel Aram etc.Hostel entry timings are upto 10 pm excluding any medical emergency and night duties in IPD.Our institute itself has heritage building dhanwantari mandir which is worth to visit once in a lifetime.
