Ayurvedic & Unani Tibbia College Admission

The admission in all courses is done based on the marks obtained in 10+2 examinations with physics, chemistry, and biology as compulsory subjects; with at least 60% marks. Candidates will also have to appear in NEET UG and AIAPGET scores to be eligible for admission. Candidates who are selected will have to visit the campus for counselling for admission to the course.

Ques. How much attendance is required to become eligible for final exams at Ayurvedic & Unani Tibbia College?

Ans. 75% attendance in all lectures and practical are required by a student to appear in examinations at Ayurvedic & Unani Tibbia College.

Ques. What is the seat quota of the institute?

Ans. The institute has a 85% quota for students who are a resident of Delhi state, and 15% quota for students belonging to other states. There is also a seat reservation policy with 15% seats reserved for students belonging to Scheduled castes/ tribes and 27% for students belonging to OBC. There is also a 3% seats quota for students belonging to the PWD category.

Ans. The candidate should be at least 17 years of age before December 31, before the commencement of the academic session.

Likes

the fee of this collage is very less, less than a per month pocket money
the atmosphere and ground location was good
faculty were good well educated and supportive in nature

Dislikes

water management of the collage is not good and well mentain
infrastructure is not properly maintain and classrooms were dirty
sprots facilities is not available as aspected

Academic structure and curriculum in the campus

I did not choose Ayurveda, Ayurveda choose me since a couple year before in the curriculum several changes are made and new curriculum started this give both theoritical and practical knowleadge to the students

What are the internship opportunities in the campus?

actually the course duration is 4.5 yr + 1yr internship within the collage so there is 100% internship opportunity to every student patient exposer in the opd is good so, internship provide clinical exposer to the scholar

Yearly fees structure of the course

since last yr the curriculum of BAMS is progress and the proff will become 1.5 yr, so the fees we have to pay is rs 2685 for 1st proff. and from 2nd proff you have to pay rs 1685 tuition fees caution fees registration fees admission fees development fees lab fees

Students views about the campus life

there is an annual fest or we can say that we celebrate founders day as fest and the celebration run for a week range and accessibility of Ayurvedic and modern book or Jpurnals in library is good the technological provision within the classrooms is not upto the mark

Faculty and learning experience in the campus

faculty to student ration is good but not upto the mark as there are some departments where only one or two faculty is present. faculty were supportive and helpfull and there is a healthy relationship in student and teachers

What is the admission process of the college?

the fees structure of the collage is very nominal and located in the central delhi (karolbagh) the admission process is same as of other medical collages you have to appear for NEET competetive exam and have to achive a good AIR in your catagory and after that according to cutoffs you will get admission in this collage

Night Life

the nightlife in or around this collage campus is awsome because the collage is in central delhi Karol bagh there are a lot of gym, cafeterias, tea stols, public library, ajmal khan park the most famous phone and cloth market The gaffar market is at walking distance from collage

I choose this college for providing the best ayurveda knowledge with less number of students which increases the chances of one interaction with professors. You can practice ayurveda here with genuine number of patients with high income

Classroom is in good condition and smartboard also present in each class.
Volleyball court and sport complex is my favourite.

Dislikes

College library because chairs are broken and area is small.
No inter college competition will be held during fest

Admission:

I am from Delhi and I don't want to go any other state so I choose this college. Fees is too low - 2685 for 1 year Central delhi college so all facilities are available here But I suggest to students choose NIA or BHU or ITRA college over my college because they are best in the field of ayurveda.

The buildings are historic and ancient and it gives an aesthetic look to your photos as well
The staff is not that strict and also the seniors treat you well and you can enjoy your college life to the fullest

Dislikes

The medicines and checks ups are not always available in the hospital
It conducts no concerts or programmes except just two which are snap not that great

Admission:

As i got not that good marks in neet examination so i got no other iption than to take admission in this college itself as the competition during 2021 was not that much but now it has partially increased. I got rejected from other mbbs colleges due to less percentile in neet and i was happy with bums course as it teaches you both modern way and ancient way to deal with health problems.

Admission:

I just cleared the neet exam and scored 530 marks belonging to the general category and after participating in counseling I got a seat as I belong to Delhi. As I belong to Delhi so I didn't go to a hostel but the environment is the well good infrastructure is also good and the teachers are very well experienced and talk politely.

Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbia College in New Delhi offers full-time, on-campus programs in Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Ayurveda. Yes, there are two courses available in Ayurveda at PG level. These courses are MD and MS Ayurveda.There is also Bachelor of Ayurvedic, Medicine and Surgery course available in the institute at UG level.
