I got the admission on basis of MBBS result which I cleared from same University. Now a days you can get admission by open PG test (CAT) also.

Course Curriculum Overview

For degree 3yrs course with full coverage of theory & practical experience. Submission of Desertation under the guidance of PG teacher is must. For Dipola, 2 yes course with no need of Desrtation report.

Internships Opportunities

I was selected in Govt of Gujarat as a tutor in Anaesthesia in my 3rd yr residency. My all junior was selected as Assistant professor or Tutor.In private ICCU, fresher's were always in demand.

Placement Experience

Great Demand in Govt job & in private hospitals also. Private ICU were always in search of 4th yr residents or fresher's. Packages were very satisfactory.

College Events

Every year our college (SSG) Organize Vibrant event for 3-4 days. It includes Sports, Cultural activity with stage program. It also include GK, sports & Medical quiez.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Very Reasonable fee. It never to be very expensive. And for reserve category & poor students there were some discount in fee also. It was really very cost effective.

Fees and Financial Aid

No idea, But education loan with minimum interest were available. For Jain students, Some jain charitable trust were their.

Campus Life

Hostel experience is memorable. Sports facilities & tournaments were enjoyable. Political & other panel discussion were routine. News papers, Library & other medias were powerful.

Seniors were always ready to help freshers in private practise. They always guide for cracking entrance exam & getting job. They always in helping mood.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is as design by Medical Council of India (MCI). Theory & practical exam conducted by team of internal & external examiners. It include long case, short cases & viva also.

Faculty

Well experience, Kind nature & Devoted teachers. They always tried to maintain homely atmosphere in department. They gave imp knowledge of seriois complication in very simple manner.

Pramukhswami medical college is one of the best institutes in India for medical education

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose MD Pharmacology as I wanted to go into academics. I was interested in teaching medical students. The faculty-student ratio was 5:2. All the faculty were well-qualified and knowledgeable. Seminars and journal clubs were arranged regularly. Teachers were always there to help us with our studies and thesis. The work culture was very good. Exams were held yearly and small assignments in between. Exams were easy to pass if students had studied sincerely.

On pg, there are 4 seats as of now and faculties are more (20). The teaching method is the same old method of lectures. Most of the time you have to read and educate yourself.

I didn't applied for other colleges as i knew I was going to get addmission in this college and I choose this because I live in the same city and it convenient for me. As compared to other government college in gujarat this is at 2nd position after bj medical College ahemdabad. Eligibility criteria is to get 50 percent in 12th board in science (pcb).
