Very good experience

The college is really very well maintained. The canteen is also very nicely maintained which is really very good for us. There are stationery shop and photocopy shop inside the campus of the college. One thing that I dont like is there no placement opportunities.

The college organizes various curriculum activities. Usually, there are 6 sem for b.com in which there are mid-sem examination and final examination of each sem. Mid-sem examination is held by the college itself whereas the final exam is undertaken by PU. Mid-sem examination is usually done for the preparation of the students but however, it is compulsory for all the students to attend the exam.

As for freshers orientation was organized. NSS and NCC is also offered by the college. There are various groups created such as for cleanliness health, etc. Various days are celebrated. The fresher party is organized, farewell for the last year students are organized. As I m a fresher I dont know much. But I had heard about all these.

B.com 1st sem fees are just rs. 11700 which is paid online through esamprak. Rs. 11700 includes tuition fees and service charged of e-sampark which is rs. 30.... For more details, you can download the prospectus of the college from the website pggcg42. On the whole, the fees are relevant.

I think there is a scholarship for the topper students. And there us fees concession for the reserved categories. Not sure about this.

It is only girls college. Various co-curriculum activities are held by the college. Like last year many prizes were bought by the students. The labs are very well maintained. All the details related to upcoming events are posted on the notice board. The students are prepared by the teachers for competitions.

Honestly, the senior students are really very helpful and give all the possible directions to their juniors. They are really very friendly and realistic with their juniors.

The admission in the college was purely on merit bases no examination was conducted for admission. All the details related to admission was given on the website dhechandigarh. 1st and 2nd counseling were online whereas for further counseling centralized college was selected and the applicants have to report on given schedule.

Every department has separate classes. And the library is very well maintained. All the teachers are really very helpful and cooperative. Even the senior students are always ready to help their junior anytime. Although, as a fresher, it was a nice experience.
