Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course you and college you get is totally dependant upon your CUET score. If you score well you will get a very good college with your preferred course, which makes your upcoming 3/4 yrs golden. There is no need of improvement in teaching but yet the course demands few changes to make it more flexible for students

Internships Opportunities

4

If you join clubs and societies in college you can easily avail some very good paid and unpaid internships opportunity, which will help in building you a strong CV making, which will definitely increase your chances of getting hired. It will help you gain experience for the industry and will make you industry ready

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fee is not much, you can easily get scholarships and get almost of your fee covered. But if you are not delhi resident, you will face residency issues like you will have to stay in nearby PG and they charge abnormally high, which makes studying here less affordable

Campus Life

5

The hindu college organises MECCA the annual fest. Which is the biggest annual fest. It involves concerts of popular singers and other performances by societies and clubs. The social exposure is so nice, you meet intelligent brains from different part of country having new ideas and them being passionate about it

Admission

I got hindu college which was my top most preferred college, there is no other college better than hindu, which itself is ranked 1in NIRF ranking 2024. All the dreams a student carry while entering the college, Hindu is your destination. I applied for hansraj, KMC, Ramjas after hindu, eventually got Hindu , it being my first preference. Thr admission can only be taken through CUET exam

Faculty

5

The exam pattern is on semester based, which generally takes place in December-January and May-June. The course offers 3 core subjects and 4 additional subject which you opt based on your interest and sometimes fixed for your course. About faculty, they are very nice, they are helpful in nature and dedicated towards their work. The try to give you the best

Interview Experience

5

No there is nothing like interview or group dicsussions. The only and direct way to get admission here is through CUET score, actually a good CUET score, if you are from humanities or commerce background

Night Life

5

The night life is so much memorable, the north campus being an open campus, you can find food stalls, clothing and stationary shops clubs, gaming zones , restaurants, clothing stores and so much, which makes your night life awesome. The Sudama Tea Stall is a daily visit

Placement Experience:

The placements at Kirori Mal College are respectable and are getting better. The fifth semester is typically when students become eligible for campus placements. Numerous well known bussineses like Deloitte, KPMG, EY et. Approximately 50-60% of students are placed through campus drives each year. The average package is approxiamtely 5-7 lakhs per year. After getting the degree I plan on applying for a masters degree in the same field.

The course is good but placement is very bad in the campus. The frequency of exams is 2 hours or 3 hours depends on the credit of that subject. The exam level is of moderate level. We had pass the exam studying 1 week before the exam.

Course Curriculum Overview:

as been from the science background I have deep interest in maths already, and I want to continue my passion for it. The proves the critical thinking the imaginary parts and the applications of mathematics. We see every day it motivates to think about these theorems. The curriculum of course is very good, but due to NEP, we have to study subjects like Hindi in our AEC which is very irrelevant to the curriculum and waste our four hours weekly in mathematics, we mainly deal in proof and theorem. There are very less real word applications that are being taught here. There are various areas for improvement like we can adapt the course or the curriculum.in universities like IITs,Cambridge Oxford and other big universities so that the placement and internship percentage can get improved in our college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was always interested course. It's relevant to the exams in that particular field. The syllabus for life and other exams in this field. I think that there is a lack of actual real life practice in basic courses. If could be made more aligned to what we do in real life it would have been better. The exams are easy enough to pass by just studying one month before exams and submitting the internal assessments properly. There are end semester exams which gives enough time to prepare well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

i believe CS hons is a decent course. The curriculum is however, very outdated. We are being taught several topics that have no relevance these days and they arent even taught properly. I believe a far better choice would be doing BTech instead since it has a better course and companies prefer that over BSc CS. In terms of preparing for the real world, i believe this course has no use since the most important parts we have to learn it ourselves. Exams are conducted once at the end of every semester (including practical and theory). However during the semesters, there are multiple tests taken to asses our knowledge regularly
