The curriculum aligns with current industry standards and advancements.It includes essential topics in microbiology and biology that are relevant for research purposes. Working in lab gives hands on experience to enter research or industrial roles.

Campus Life

The fests are-Pratibha usually held in odd semesters and Visages in even semesters. Other fests are specific to a particular department of school in which everyone can participate mostly.The university library has a vast collection of books covering a wide range of subjects.

Admission

I choose this college because of its academic excellence,faculty expertise,good laboratory facilities and a resourceful library. This collectively promises a well-round educational experience and better future opportunities.

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is about 1:15. Faculties are very supportive towards students creating a positive environment for students to express themselves and learn more. Bsc.Microbiology,biology is a 3 year program that includes core subjects,electives and practical labs. There are 2 major exams- mid-semester examination and end semester examination.

Interview Experience

For the admission process submission of all the important documents along with a personal interview were taken. The questions for the interview was purely based on our understanding of 12th class subjects.

Night Life

The campus is located in the centre of the city and is near to brigade road,church street,mg road,cubbon park,lal bagh botanical garden and koramangala where there are plenty of cafes,restaurants and pubs.

Would never recommend this college for the students who want to take a Tech Job

Course Curriculum Overview:

Now the syllabus has changed. New emerging technologies trends and subjects are introduced in new curriculum. Data science, Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security are now taught. Practical marks are reduced to 50 marks. Term end examinations are conducted twice in a year. Exams are not that difficult. Usually previous year questions appear in the exams.

There is no official records of placements for SST as its a new college, but they do provide placements, also they provide internships in third year itself with a average stipend of 25k. The highest stipend that was offered was 2.5 lakhs from a german based company.

My journey in Christ University

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible from the 5th semester. The university also conducts placement drives and skill development workshops. Out of the various companies, some of the reputed ones include Goldman Sachs, KPMG, EY, Deloitte, De Shaw, etc. The average package is around 7 to 8 lakhs but 60% students opt out from placements for further education. I plan to study a master's degree in business economics after my undergraduate studies.

Scaler School of Technology : An honest review

Placement Experience:

There is no such thing as placements for now (in 1st year here) but in our second year, we have placement support here. We have compulsory internship at our Second year. We only have 2 batches, 1st Year and 2nd Year. But for now, among our seniors 60% of them hold internships and others are either building something or scaling their skills. For now, we don't have any placement records but according to scaler academy, it will be aroung 24 Lakhs.
