The fresh student's review

Since I'm interested in AI i choose this course. See in the IT field you need professional skills so there is a special focus on that as well. The curriculum and teaching is up to the mark . There are two exams for every semester. The difficulty level is moderate.

There are internships provided by cognizant and wipro . I'm not sure about the stipend since I'm a fresher I'll try to update in the next year . And there are programs from the IIT as well so I think it's great

I think from the 7 th semester the students are eligible for campus placements . My plan after getting the degree is to pursue MBA from IIMB but before that I need to work in Amazon or Google or cognizant or Capgemini for a year or two .

The yearly fees is around 1,07,750 through KCET ( a government exam ) so which would sum up to 4 and a half lakhs for the four years . If you have any reservation there is a redemption in the fee I'm not sure about it . Regarding scholarships there are NSP which is available only in the first year of the course the remaining three years you should be paying fees . If you come directly to the college - management seat the per year fees is around 4-5 lakhs

There's a fresher event in October - AARAMBH . there was mind rock event in September .There are three libraries in the university each having a range of books . There are plenty of journals. In the classroom there is smartboard . There are a wide range of sport and there is a premier league. There a wide range of clubs in the university including - dance ,music , hacking , coding etc.

This was my only priority and i am happy I got into this college . So i wrote an exam called KCET - a government exam and I got a good rank (5823) and i got into this college . There were no interviews. The admission process went smooth

There are 50-60 students in the classroom. There is individual attention to each student . Most of the faculties encourage students approaching them . Ajit sir for digital designing and gopi sir for math they teach the best . All complex concepts made easy. The physics faculty ( can't mention the name ) - he doesn't understand what the student is trying to tell just comes and translates the ppt . For each sem there are two exams - mid and end term . The exams are easy since the college is autonomous. I don't have any idea regarding number of students failing since I'm a fresher. I feel the course is relevant enough .

I'm a dayscholar i don't have much idea about the night life. As per my friends the hostels are pretty good and they do enjoy. But here is a time restriction I think it's around 10 pm . I'm not sure about this .
