- I liked the fact that teachers here are completely dedicated to make their students smart enough to build their career . All of them work day and night so that their students do not lack behind and would be able to face any competition !!
- I really like the events that our collage organize , so that students can take a moment to relax .
Dislikes
- quality of infrastructure needs to be improved !!
- There is foundation course of RISHIHOOD UNIVERSITY , that is compulsory for all the students enrolled - even b.tech students , that is very time taking for us !!
- Canteen area is quite small and has only limited supplies - acc to me supplies should be increased as well as canteen area !!
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum of NEWTON SCHOOL OF TECHNOLOGY (B.TECH): is newly designed and it aligns pefectly with our learning . we are learning adavnced things in our first sem only - examples are python , html-css, js . I don't think if any improvement is needed in curriculum !!
Internships Opportunities
I am 1st year student and our collage is new so none of the student is placed yet !! before this offline campus NST has online program where they used to teach students virtually on their portal . first batch will pass out in 2027
Fees and Financial Aid
Till date (9th NOV 2024) - i paid total of 3,78,750 as seat block fee(50,000) , tution fee (1,56,250 per semseter),lab fee-(50,000), upskilling fee (1,00,000) , hostel and mess fee (82500), caution fee (40,000) and {semester 2 ,3 ,4, 5 ,6 ,7 ,8 fee - 2,88,750 }. MY BATCHMATES HAS THE SAME FEE STRUCTURE !! SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE ARE : 2. on basis of jee mains or advance 3. on basis of NSAT exam
Campus Life
MY overall experience has been good so far - our collage organise different events time to time , we have movie night on every friday , last event that oragnised was - garba night !! , there are ample amount of books in library , classrooms need no improvement - fully ac , with projector and glass board !!
Hostel Facilities
Our hostel facilities are overall good , but the room is quite compact , each one of us is given with 2 seater room. Taking hostel is compulsory - no student is allowed tot take PG outside !! - overall meal quality is good !!
Admission
This is the first collage i applied for as i was really impressed by the curriculum that is updated as compared to other colllages . I was selected in second phase of Nsat exam - after that i cleared interview , and finally made it till here !!
Faculty
Faculty in one class - 2 no. of students in one class - 120 I like all of my teachers , as they try their level best to make us undertand and get clear by any doubts !! we have 2 exams in one semester - mid sem and end sem (the level of mid sem exam was comparitevily hard from other collages). Many students were fail in mid-sem mathematics exam . I really love the curriculum as we are learning python , html-css in our first semester only and we are gonna raise the bar !!
Night Life
I personally do not go out at night time , after having dinner , i come back to my room for studies. We have 24*7 campus , i have seen other students getting engaged in activities like playing badmintion , gym , walking in campus , spending time in mess !!
