Remarks

First I filled the online application form. Then RU's career coach called me and arranged my Virtual Interview. After I cleared my Interview I received my offer letter and scholarship letter. It was a very easy process and RU's career coach helped me alot.

Course Curriculum Overview

RU have many International Faculties and National Faculties and when I saw the profile all of them were PhD holders and had experienced more than 20+ years in their respective field. I got to know that they are following an interdisciplinary approach in studies in which I felt will be helping me to work on my designing startup side by side.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 350000 per year

Internships Opportunities

University believes in practical learning and they try to teach students practically through task, assignments, workshops so that students can understand the concept by doing it. The internship is also part of the same process.

Placement Experience

They provide 100% assistance for job placements. They also provide help to those students who have some unique plan for starting a new startup. They just not provide mentorship to them but also invest if the idea is good.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for MBA is 350000 per annum. They provide scholarship on the basis of the percentage scored in graduation. If some one scored more than 70% marks in graduation then he will get a minimum 25% scholarship on tuition fees. They also provide financial aid to poor and needy people to study. They also assist in getting a good job.

Campus Life

They organise events like spend a weekend at Rishihood where students come to stay in university for the weekend. They get to learn about our courses. They get the experience of hostel Life in university not only this students get the opportunity to participate in various activities. University doesn't charge anything for this.

Hostel Facilities

They provide three kinds of the hotel to students. They have ranged from 50000 to 150000 per year for students depending upon their paying capacity. They prefer that their students should stay in the hostel only.

Abundant opportunities with DMS, PIET

Placement Experience:

Students in semester 3 of MBA can sit for placements. Ed-tech companies were major chunk of the placement visits. Almost 60% of my batchmates were placed and other either opted out of placements or started their business.

Placement Experience:

The only plan right now is to get placed in a good MNC where I can use my skills to give my best to organisation. Having a good package in hand makes life easy after degree after then experience adds on to your profile and then you pace growth from there.

Remarks:

There is not much to say about anything bad for college the only thing is that college is situated little bit out of the main city which sometimes in the night doesn't allow to get commute, there are several colleges also in the same route which are much more far from this one.

Remarks:

Great college. Great college management. Always smiling people ready to help out with whatever the student wants. A bad remark is insanely high prices of private cabs in front of the university gate and we students ourselves are responsible for them and not the college. College shuttle facility is great and cheap however only if we can avail it timely with good prior planning before our scheduled trip. Kudos to college Management and their superior work once again

Seniors from my department were very friendly starting front he beginning. Teacher are very helpful they are very experienced they are not provide very much facilities to students they do not give fund to students for doing an event there is group for doing an event students not get proper information about an event, function etc

Entrance Preview:

College SOIL, Conduct there own examination and interviews. I was looking out to do 1 year MBA. The paper is not that difficult and easy to clear compare to CAT and other. after it there is interview and once you are thru you can opt for the streams. As I had 4.7 year of experience thus wanted to do general 1 year MBA and thus opted for this college. Also there was industry consortium available with this college.

Newton School of Technology Rishihood Campus

In the first i had applied to colleges like PES , VIT, Manipal, BITS, and bunch of private colleges in Bengaluru.But when i was giving the entrance exams for all this. But around January of 2024, I came across Newton School of Technology on youtube, and as someone who loves computer science, I instantly fell in love with the course because of how relevant it is to the industry. In the other colleges they have subjects like physics and chemistry,but NST does not have any of the subjects, we directly dived into coding making it much better for students to start early. I did have a lot of rejections from other college like bits, PES. I did not make it there because I was weak in chemistry and maths in the JEE standard. To talk about the admission process of the college. You first take an online exam and once you pass that you take an in person one-one interview which will determine if you got in or not. You also receive scholarships. Im not really sure about the cutoffs but you have to get roughly 6 out of 10 in the watered down marks....Read More

I got admission on basis of my graduation percentage and interview. The interview was not so tough. They asked questions related to general knowledge and design.
