In the first i had applied to colleges like PES , VIT, Manipal, BITS, and bunch of private colleges in Bengaluru.But when i was giving the entrance exams for all this. But around January of 2024, I came across Newton School of Technology on youtube, and as someone who loves computer science, I instantly fell in love with the course because of how relevant it is to the industry. In the other colleges they have subjects like physics and chemistry,but NST does not have any of the subjects, we directly dived into coding making it much better for students to start early. I did have a lot of rejections from other college like bits, PES. I did not make it there because I was weak in chemistry and maths in the JEE standard. To talk about the admission process of the college. You first take an online exam and once you pass that you take an in person one-one interview which will determine if you got in or not. You also receive scholarships. Im not really sure about the cutoffs but you have to get roughly 6 out of 10 in the watered down marks....Read More

I applied to BITS, EAMCET, JEE. I've gotten good amount of colleges in EAMCET but comparing them to the curriculum of this college, I chose this. For B.Tech in CS & AI (Newton School of Technology), we had an exam called NSAT (Newton School Aptitude Test) which had subjects like Logical Thinking, English, Mathematics(Basic), Mathematics(Advanced). Then for the people who cleared the cutoff(Calculated based on the people who gave exam on that day), we have interview round, and they accept based on the performance. I chose this university as it offered 50% scholarship to me. Along with the industry exposure that it provides all the gues lecturers are real time industry workers guiding us in oh interested fields. Inspire of being expensive college, the facilities that it offers is justifiable. Admission process was very easy, an admission consultant was assigned to me who was with me in every step of my application process. There is one application form to fill then give an aptitude test followed by personal interview. After all this if one is selected, you can visit the campus before submitting the fees.
