All about Assam Down Town University from student perspective

The circulum which influenced my decision to choose b.pharm is one of my bigger brother is in ADTU and i look upto them According to me The b.pharm course provides a greater real World applications and i could even pursue master in this course and do some good research which will benefit society society. Areas of improvement could be teaching students more towards practical knowledge. The frequency and timings of exam are difficulty as within 20 days another exam come and you should be prepared everytime..some little exams are always happening in weeks time like quiz, presentation etc.

From 8 semester, students are eligible for campus placement. I haven't gotten into 8th semester so I haven't got the chance to sit in campus placement Highest package is around 10LPA and average package is around 2LPA Percentage of students getting placement according to ADTU is 90% My plans after completion of this course is to pursue masters of pharmacy

Yearly i paid around 1.5 lakh as when i took admission into the b.pharm course, the course was about 6 lakhs. But now it has increased to 8 lakhs only on course fees. As i have got 90% in my 12th standards, i have gotten scholarship of last semester fees off. It saved me around 1.6 lakhs rupees as last two semesters fees was 80k each.

Various programs happened in our clg for various activities like baking, start-up program, etc. College provides various funding also to support students in various activities. College also have a limca world record for having baked maximum cake in a certain time. Sports and extracurricular activity happened regularly like cricket competition, football competition, etc. Various clubs like photography club, dance clubs, etc. are there to encourage students to pursue their desires

I have only applied for this college after my 12th standards as this is known to be one of the Biggest placement driven university in north east. The admission process is unknown to me as everything was handled by my bigger brother. Eligibility to admit into b.pharm is having more than 60% marks in 12th

I could say about my course faculty that is faculty of pharmaceutical sciences. It's pretty good according to me and there are more than 20 faculty in our department and everyone is well educated and is very good at Teaching. Two sir i really appreciate are Dr.Manish sir and Dr.Niladry sir, they are very kind to the students and their teaching style is very good for all to students to catch up even they lack basic knowledge. In my b.pharm there are two sessional exam of both theory and practical and one final exam of both theory and practical. Around 10-20% people get back in some semester where hard subjects are there like in 5 and 6 semester
