Remarks

Need the management more active and supportive of students. Now our higher authorities started to take very excellent steps for the welfare of the students. College promises also started to develop more.

Batter placement scope is provided in BBA and if further continue to MBA there is large scope. Our college has a semester program. Each semester carries 2 examinations .one is mid-semester and the other is the final exam.

Our college is now starting the placement and providing job opportunity to the students. They are also now providing the internship to the students at different places.

College Events

There is a number of events celebrated in our college. Some events are like Basant Panchami, Makar Sankranti, and many more. Mostly students participated in these events. They perform their role well.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of the college is feasible. They are comparatively less than that of other colleges. They provide many facilities with that fee criterion like a library, computer lab and etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I have no idea about any good scholarship and loan facility that is offered by our college. This can be because I never needed that. And no idea about these scholarship and loan facilities.

Campus Life

There are many extracurricular activities. We have labs, sports, library, and also have a gym and health centre in our college. We have 5 computer labs and different science labs in our college.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, our seniors are very helpful. If we need any help we can take help from our respected seniors and they always help in our every situation. They behave friendly to us. They are very helpful.

Faculty

They are providing the best faculty to the students. Most faculty are PhD holder. Rest faculties have a higher degree. They are best in teaching and having kind and good behaviour towards the students.

Quantum life from my PoV

From 5th semester onwards we were allowed to sit fir placements. Nestkeys , godrej were some of thr companies that visited for placement and i got offer from all of them. The packages were ranging from 2 lpa to 5 lpa to be precise excluding the fake ctc and all. Around 60% got the placement in my batch but were not satisfied with the package. Placement which are offered by our college is very interesting average 6 to 8 lakh per year . Placements are very good and college also send students for internship around 6 to 8 months with very good stipend and in very well known industries . Companies which come to DGU for campus recruitment are very well know and give very good placement opportunities to student .

The placements are quite low, there are no great companies are coming the packages are also quite low like for bba its 3-4 lac p.a For mba its 6-7 lac p.a. Not very good companies are coming for recruitment especially finance companies.

At Shivalik like we have been advised to find internships from each semester here on. So after internship the CV building and skill building training are provided. It is amazing to know that many reputed and well established names such as Windlas Biotech and RR Cable have started coming to our campus and hiring students as junior managers at a salary of 4 lakhs or so.
